Absolute Dental - Rainbow & Charleston

This is the Best dental office I came across in Las Vegas!! They are Super friendly an they make you feel comfortable! I highly recommend this dental office for any extractions you may need and regular check ups. Thank you again to the dental assistants an doctors here!! I can gladly say I’m switching over to make this my permanent office!! 😁

My sister recently got her extraction from here and shes know I'm terrified of the dentist but she said they handle u wish great care and is very patient. The 2 front Desk ladies Ayanna & Bri they're the best so if they're there just know they will help you to the best of the ability and sometimes even go over and beyond their job title so If y'all go to this office Make sure your nice to my ladies !!

This is the best dentist office I’ve been too, as someone who absolutely hates getting my teeth worked on, the staff gives off such a warm welcoming atmosphere. I’ve gone in a few times so far, and had teeth cleaning and a filling redone.
Enjoyed my time so much I went back to get a set of braces put in. Angel was very kind and made sure I was comfortable the entire time while installing the metal in my mouth. This is definitely the office to go to!

The front desk staff was not very attentive in greeting us and the waiting area leaves much to be desired, random uncomfortable chairs and 2 small TVs playing garbage. There were what seemed to be Valentine's Day decor and it was mid-January! My first visit, I waited over an hour to be taken back to a room. Then another 10-15 before services were started. The staff that performed the dental work were nice but it seemed to take a bit longer from what I have seen at other offices. I was also instructed by the staff on better days for them for services to be rendered. Honestly, they need to tell their staff that and not make it a customer burden to know their business workflow. On another visit, it was scheduled on a Saturday. When we showed up, the door was locked! I called customer service and mentioned that I wasn't notified. Their response was that someone left a message. I checked my phone to find I missed a call but there was no message. This location is not close to my home so we won't be visiting again.

This office is amazing! Everyone is so friendly. The front desk staff is so welcoming and helpful as well as the rest of the team! Very fast service and made me feel so comfortable! You guys are the best!!

my first visit to Absolute Denta 945 South Rainbow. Was such a great experience. Ariana and Bri always welcome me with a great smile and superb customer service I recommend to all other veterans who seek dental treatment to come here. Keep up the excellent work.
You need more employees like Ariana and Bree who demonstrate pure professionalism in their field of work.

Both times I went both times I was turned away due to high blood pressure regardless of having a medical release since I've had high blood pressure since elementary school. Aside from that frustration, being turned away wouldn't have been as much as an issue had they prescribed something for the EXTREMELY SEVER PAIN I was constantly in or had treated the INFECTION in my mouth but no, when I asked what was I suppose to do just continue to suffer I was given a shoulder shrug. I rushed out in tears. More concerned with your language when you accidently slip an f word out and take comments and concerns personally (when I said they must be taking my vitals incorrectly) instantly treating you rudely and with an attitude

I’m so glad I was sent to this location for my extraction! The other absolute dental I was at on Maryland /flamingo was the worst experience I ever had at a dentist office! They were rude, cold, barely spoke English & put me down.
I’m sure many people can agree with me that a trip to the dentist is not usually pleasant.
When I arrived at the Rainbow/Charleston location, I was treated with respect & genuine care. Dr Pietry, Diana & the rest of the staff made me comfortable & did not judge me on my dental health. I’ve struggled with dental issues most of my adult life & am always embarrassed about it. Especially when I was sent to that location for an extraction of one of my front teeth. They did everything they could to make me feel welcomed & comfortable. They even called the other location to tell them I am NOT going back to the Maryland location.
They figured out what is best for my situation with ease & comfort.
I absolutely recommend this office for your dental needs. I can’t thank them enough for the best care I ever had at a dentist.

It’s been over two months & the manger still hasn’t fixed my account. I am being overcharged $3,250 & that’s not including interest that’s building up in my account. I’ve called, went in person & they keep telling me that the manger is busy! I have left my phone number & no call back. I even tried reaching out so the regional manger can call me and nothing! No call back! The regional manger & manger both lied to me & said they would fix my account! To me this is very bad customer service. I am very disappointed, because I could’ve gone anywhere else & I chose to go here! They won’t even answer the phone. I’ve had an appointment card before & gone in & they said I had no appointment! It’s been a couple of times that I can’t even sit down on a chair because the room is overfilled! I am paying thousands of dollars & this is how they are treating me! I advise you guys to go somewhere else! Save yourselves! I wish I would’ve known! I don’t need to keep wasting my time trying to chase the manger down to fix something, that should’ve already been fixed! Front desk has very bad customer service! It’s very unfortunate! It seems like all they care about is charging people all this money! Be careful! Don’t be fooled! Check other options!
