Absolute Dental - Rainbow & Charleston

Front desk girls Bri and Ayanna are so helpful and friendly, they go above and beyond!! Whole team is amazing and so helpful made me feel so comfortable!

My mom had an infection in her mouth. And needed antibiotics and extraction done. When arriving we were greeted immediately with the front desk staff. And from there we waited 30 minutes before going back and from there was given X-rays cause the other location didn't take clear ones. Dr. Pitre came in and examined my mom and told us what she needed done and at the time her insurance doesn't fully cover everything and my mom is disabled with a fix income so out of pocket we didn't have the monetary funds to get what she needed out of pocket so she recommended us to apply for dental credit which we at first had no clue about. So I went to the office manager Diana whom is amazing as well as Danielle who helped my mom get approved for dental credit so she can obtain all of her dental treatments and was explained everything to a T what was going on and what will be expected. I "absolutely" appreciated their help,time,effort and patience with me they really exceeded and met me and my mom needs. So once approved they took my mom back for a second time and did a full examination so we can get started on getting my mom dental health back to par. I would "absolutely" recommend this location if you would like a great dental experience from start to finish. Gratitude to the staff their on rainbow and Charleston!!!!!

I love the whole staff they are all pleasant and welcoming and great to be around and the Doctors are terrific and all do a wonderful excellent job .

Very thankful for getting work done the same day, I understand the initial wait time the Dr and staff really care and try to help everyone.

I am very pleased with my visit to this office. I had a wisdom tooth that needed to be remove as soon as possible. The last dentist I went to was going to refer me to an oral surgeon, which would take up a lot of my time and money. I had three visit to the office. The first one was the xray. The xray were quickly taken and assessed. When Dr. Mir looked at my xray, he told me he could remove it and that I could schedule for the next week. The second visit was the extraction. I was nervous at first, but the staff were kind and made me ease off a little bit. The extraction process was not that painful as I thought it would be. The doctor made sure to ask whether if I was feeling pain or not. The tooth was big and Dr. Mir patiently took his time to remove it. After the surgery I was later prescribed painkillers and antibiotics. The 3rd visit was the check up to remove the stitching. The doctor and staffs were very kind and made the atmosphere enjoyable. I totally recommend this place due to their friendly environment.

This dentist office actually has great customer service Brianna and Ayana were great with helping me out nd had again great customer service and were very respectful.

overbooks their office all the time, i end up waiting 1 hr-1.5 hrs for my appointment. what’s the point of scheduling me for 11 if i’m not gonna get called up until 12:30?

no matter what location i go to, i always get treated well and taken good care of. shout to the manager daniela for always looking out for the patients!

I had to emergency extractions. I didnt mind the wait time as I was more of a walk in type situation, even then so the wait times weren't bad at all.
I do have to say the doctor (Dr. Pietre) that handled me was very rough. I wouldn't recommend her to my worst enemy.
The pain from an oral infection and cavity is unlike no other. This doctor grabbed be like I was a practice dummy, she scraped the top of my mouth leaving a bruise and a big scar. No apologies what so whatsoever. I was in so much pain she could've been a little more sensitive. It took her 2 tries after bruising the inside of my mouth. I was ready to fly outta this place.

Best dentist ever! Highly recommended! Nobody in the valley would take my wife in for a same day service, after she was in lots n lots of pain. absolute dental took her in on the same day and got the work done which I was pretty impressed. Thank you absolute dental.
