If I could I would have put Zero stars.. my first appointment the took 3 hours just to take me in and I sat inside in the room for another 2 hours just to do a cleaning. My second visit was the same. Staff treated us badly. Doctors took forever to show up to tell me I can leave without them doing anything

Liany was my dental hygienist, and she was very nice and very helpful. George, Jennifer, Crystal, and Dr. Mir are great as well. :)

They were amazing!!! They took us in even thou I went to the wrong location which made me 20 minutes late for my original appt and still were just so gracious to us...Thank you 🙂

I went to the South Rainbow location for dental work before traveling overseas.
I had the good fortune to meet two doctors and their staff, Dr. Mir and Dr. Rob, both excellent and quite different. Dr. Mir of Indian descent is also a major in the US Army reserves and Dr. Rob, from Toronto, trained at BU are men with whom I would trust my teeth.
Their care was excellent and their attention undiluted. Kudos to the team of Carmen, Jorge, Jessica and others. All good people who go to work every day.
I can't say enough good things about my experience at this Absolute Dental location.
The only bit that was weird was that the FBI who from October 2013 to December 2016 had me under surveillance as part of a complex police entrapment scheme had spoken with the staff, had them provide me a document that indicated a complaint in my right hip that they had heard by 'bugging' me, had Dr. Mir repeat to keep what NCIS agent Douglas Boyce had told me about the cheap cost, 53 cents, the cost of a bullet, to rid this world of a 'targeted individual' like me, and that Dr. Rob had a great Russian mafia story similar to the one I live with my exwife Svetlana in Russia. Oh and that Jessica innocuously asked me about synthetic pot, a topic to which I am a bit sensitive as a Pembroke Ma. native, Adam Stanhope, whom I reported to the DEA as the dark net, Silk Road stimulant seller 'Nawlins' for his illegal activities selling both the aforementioned materials online while working on an FBI leash.

My experience at this location was AMAZING! I have always been fearful of going to the dentist. The staff was caring and they made me feel very comfortable.

This place is the worst Dentist office I’ve ever been to. I was sent her to have a wisdom tooth pulled. In the middle of a pandemic and I had just lost my job they wanted $450 to pull the tooth. Glad I got a second opinion because I didn’t need to pay anything my Insurance covered everything.

i was trying to become a new patient here but never again will i come try & spend my money . They told me if I qualify for braces when im here paying cash , & already have braces on . doctor g comes in & yells at me trying to talk over me not letting me tell him whats going on w. Me he tells me if i dont like the way he runs his office i need to leave . Poor service

I came in with a super bad toothache the lady at the front desk crystal was amazing i got seen right away the best doctors here they had to fight to get my wisdom tooth out but they got it paulina the office manager was awesome. Highly advise people to go to this location wonderful staff
