I recently switched dentists due to the lack of concern from the other doctor. This office was friendly from stay to finish. The doctor and staff make sure you're comfortable and understand everything you need. I totally recommend this office. Thank you for such great service. See you again soon.

Let me start of by saying I hate going to the dentist. I imagine most people say the same thing. I went in on 11/8 in the morning to establish care and found out I needed two root canals. They had an availability later that day to get the root canals done. Normally I would’ve put it off, but the staff were so friendly and helpful, I knew they would take care of me. Today (11/9) I don’t feel any pain from the procedure and look forward to continuing my treatment with Eastern Hills Family Dental.

This was my first time here and I’ve never had great customer service at a dentist office. But Eastern Hills Family Dental was absolutely amazing. Everyone from the front staff to the dental hygienist they were all good to me. I knew exactly what I was getting done and paying. I also was super nervous about the numbing part, but it went smooth. I definitely recommend this place!

I had a referral to EHF Dental from my oral surgeon to complete my implant. EHFD satisfactorily completed my implant. Since I needed a general dentist provider anyway, and my implant experience was satisfactory, I made subsequent appointments for cleaning and biannual exams. Initially these procedures were also scheduled and performed satisfactorily. However, on my last appointment (made 6 months ahead of time), when I showed up on time for my appointment, No one was there ! The place was CLOSED?!? I called,them while I was out front and got their answering machine and left a message and then drove home. I then made two more attempts to contact EHFD(leaving phone messages both times). I thought perhaps they had gone out of business? They certainly HAD a track record for sending me communications in the past to remind me about an upcoming appointment or nagging me for a review ? Well EHFD, here is my review - UNSATISFSFACTORY and UNACCEPTABLE !

I could not be happier with the service and care I received at this office. Hands down the best dental experience I have ever had. They were able to schedule me for a same week appointment and were upfront with all costs of care with individual breakdowns of each service. The facilities are modern and very clean. All the staff and administration, including Julia and Ricky, are very professional, efficient, kind, and helpful. Dr. Cindy Nou is an excellent dentist, 10/10. She was personable, caring, extremely knowledgeable, very thorough and explained what needed to be done and why. They were running on time and were able to get all services done same day, despite some last minute add-ons. You leave with what can only be described as a luxurious dental swag bag and a hand written thank you note from the staff. You truly pay for what you get, which in this case is excellence. Thank you guys and thank you Dr. Nou!

The entire time is great! From the first interaction to their parting remarks, the entire staff were cordial, professional, and informative. They took the time to breakdown each X-ray and explained in detail the upcoming procedure. I walked out confident and informed on my future procedures. Couldn’t ask for more on a FIRST IMPRESSION!

Super friendly office! I noticed it as soon as I walked in. It’s beautifully decorated & I loved the county music they were playing.
I had an exam & cleaning. I felt the dental hygienist did amazing job. My teeth haven’t felt this clean!
The dentist herself came in as well & went over my options for a crown. Never felt pressured or lectured.
