Gentle Dental Warm Springs

Thank you to Gentle Dental for the professionalism and great service they provided to me this morning. Upon arrival, I was greeting by James at the front desk. He made me feel comfortable and excited for my appointment. Sergio did my cleaning and was very gentle and informative. After my appointment, I met Janise and Angel and they also very professional and easy to walk to. Gentle Dental gets a 10 out of 10 for me. Highly recommended!

DO NOT GO HERE. I got an unnecessary crown put on by Dr. Tracy Ransdell about a year ago. I was having issues with it (sensitivity, pain, etc.) and I was told that it takes time to heal. Not even a year later I decided to go to another dentist due to distance for a cleaning and when I saw my x-rays I was speechless. THE CROWN WAS NEVER SEALED! IT LOOKED LIKE SOMEONE JAMMED ON A CROWN WITHOUT A CARE IN THE WORLD. On top of that they shaved down my actual tooth way too much. I then realized that I probably never even needed a crown in the first place. The new dentist explained exactly what was wrong and was in shock that someone with an actual DDS degree would ever put a crown on like that. It was an expensive and lengthy process and I should have NEVER trusted these people.

This place is not great. I had two root canals and the woman doing the procedure answered her dirty cell phone four times while operating on my mouth (without washing her hands or changing her gloves!). She also gossiped with her assistant the entire time, disregarding the fact that there was a person right underneath her. Then it took about 2 hours to put on a simple temporary crown, and when I had my permanent crowns put on, they shaved them down too far (and the person doing it was not very nice- she asked to shave down a different tooth so they would fit better and got upset when I said no and shaved them down too far after).

They are always trying to sell you something as well, knowing that these products are very expensive.

I paid so much for these services, it is such a shame to have been treated this way. Go to a private dentist if you want truly better dental care. This place is for the birds.

I also wanted to add: this place told me I had gum disease and charged me $450 for a cleaning I didn't even need. I went to a REAL dentist months later and he actually apologized for the treatment I got at Gentle Dental. I also was told I don't have gum disease, and that 80% of the procedures I was recommended to get at Gentle Dental were complete BS. All this place does is upsell, they don't actually know what they're doing. Please go somewhere else.

Such caring staff and strong work ethic. Any questions or concerns you may have are answered in a timely matter. Shoutout to my son's orthodontist, his bite is now prefect!

I had a scheduled appointment today at 9am got there at about 840am. Filled out my paperwork then I was taken to get X-rays taken. Really nice girl took my x-rays and told me the dentist would be with me. She left at about 930am came back about 30 mins later telling me the dentist was on her way. I ended up waiting for over an hour and a half. Then was told she arrived so I waited another 10 mins. Then was told she still in her car taking care of her issues. I was already so upset and had waited so long to not be taken care of. I ended up leaving and told the girl at the desk that I shouldn't be charged since no service was provided and ok plus I waited for so long. She said they wouldn't and the manager provided me with my X-rays, and she told me she's human. She was also very nice,but will not be coming back to this location and won't be recommending them either. Very bad service from dentist. Bottom line she needed to leave her personal problems at the door

Recently moved to Vegas and I’m glad I came here. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. Got a deep cleaning to get Invisalign but man I had bad experience before in different dentist office but here dang! I can’t believe I’m saying it but I loved it Sergio was super general and makes you feel at ease. I would recommend this place to everyone!

Tracy and her Team really helped me out. I had a lot of trepidation about getting work done after past experiences and after kicking the tires at a few other shops and even considered a trip to Los Algodones, after a former used car salesman at the last dentist told me I needed half a dozen crowns hand-crafted by some Yeti-tree people that charge more than the service department at the dealership you bought your car at.

Anywho, I finally found a GREAT DENTIST right here on Warm Springs and Spencer. The best part is that they took my marketplace insurance and the prices were fair for the services offered. I was very satisfied with the courteous and friendly staff that remembered my name even though I kept forgetting theirs. I'd recommend Tracy at Gentle Dental to anybody that ever felt afraid to go to the dentist because of past experiences. I finished out my series of fillings today, and I had a painless experience and maybe you can too if you give them a call. =D

I have been going to Gentle Dental for years and have always been treated great! Dr. Detlaff is a great dentist and very thorough! And speaking of thorough, Lena cleaned my teeth and I have to say she did the best job EVER!! The staff are all very personable and extremely helpful in their referrals to specialists that my insurance would cover. Can't say that I enjoy going to the dentist but at least this Gentle Dental office and the staff make it as pleasant as can be.

Most people dislike going to the dentist and I am no exception. However, the staff at Gentle Dental at the warm springs location make the process less painful and more of a warm and friendly environment for patients. Dr. Garner and Jenn were very fast at my cleaning and getting my cavity filled, all in one day so I could avoid the hassle of making multiple trips. The staff up front: Janise, Angel, and Jenn also made this process friendly, simple, and very efficient. I have been going to this location for years now and am always impressed by the warm and professional environment. Highly recommended!
