Las Vegas Dental Care

Dr. Jeremy Crew is a great dentist, one of the best I’ve ever had. He really cares about his patients and took the time to understand me! He was quick and to the point, but considerate at the same time. I’m also very scared of the dentist but Dr. Crew is very gentle. Every patient deserves a good experience and he definitely takes the cake!

Sorry but my visit with Dr crew was not favorable. He needs to learn to talk to patients I felt invisible. Dr Taylor was amazing. Sandy who cleans your teeth is great . Hope to find a new dentist.

My family had been going to the previous dentist at this office for about 15 years (referred by a homeschool family who highly recommended him). We always had excellent personalized care. Office administrator always took care of bills promptly and always knew what was next in terms of covered operations. Hygenists were our friends. Dr.Taylor was compassionate and was a very good dentist. During Covid, the he sold the practice to a young dentist. The doctor was fine but admin is TERRIBLE. First, doing things like flouride treatment for adults (what insurance covers that), delayed claim filing (claiming insurance delaying it???), find myself in a defensive mode when going in there (like why… got so unnerved by the rude behavior from admin staff that I changed family members who can get to CA to an office run like Dr. Taylor's old practice that I found near my other house in CA so that I can avoid this aggravation). This week the worst. My son had an old appointment scheduled with this group. I only kept it since the dentist in CA alerted us to a problem with the shape of a crown done in the past here, was just trying to see if we could get assistance or opinion before having to pay for new properly shaped one in CA.

Our insurance through UNLV State of Nevada employees has a new claim administrator and the office manager got lots of misinformation from them (like my disabled son not covered by insurance, husband subject to out of network because this practice now has yet another new dentist…whom my husband said was just fine by the way) and the office administrator started arguing with me in the office about it. I had spoken to her the day before since it sounded wrong and she was supposed to recheck but did not…instead tells me we will have to pay out of pocket?.Personally, I had spent a couple of hours prior to coming in confirming with insurance that we had insurance with this group. What this woman was telling me was just not true and she was super unreasonably defensive stating she did what she was supposed to do by checking 2 days prior (and getting all this wrong info). Of course, one alarming aspect of this is that the office did not contact us about the change of doctors, and new insurance info they got…Dr. Taylor s office would totally have let us know…but also their experienced office admin person probably would have ferreted out the correct info since they were used to dealing with state of nevada employees..UNLV just down the street. Other bad part is front desk person was snarky and dismissed us out the door (what a contrast to the lovely people Dr Taylor posted there who used to talk to my son about their respective CSN college classes). This is very sad since I do not think there was a problem with the dentists. Obviously there has been a lot if instability in the office since Dr Taylor left since now another new doctor. Hopefully, new dentist can change this culture to one that is more customer friendly. The whole thing seems so unreal to me compared to the lovely culture that office once had… this was really beyond dumb to aggravate customers like this…If I could rate this zero, I would but One star for fact that dentist ok and my son said hygienist was nice.

I had a crown drop out of my mouth, tooth and all. Dr Crew saw that the tooth structure left as root was very iffy and suggested that we pull the root. Then he re-examined the root and thought he might rebond the crown, but no guarantees. He fixed me up and not moment of problem, so far! As I write, more than 3 months. Thank you, Dr. Crew. You have extraordinary skills!

Myself and my entire family have been going to Dr. Taylor's office since 1996, Yes I have many opportunities to try other dental offices but over the years I have had great expert care and really wouldn't even consider another dentist. I totally trust that Dr. Taylor is looking out for my best health and doesn't try to sell me things, and has always been fair and professional. If you are looking for a experienced dentist you have found one here.

I was lucky enough to visit this office recently, and I was extremely satisfied with the services. Unfortunately, my insurance doesn't have them in the network so I have to find another dentist nearby. The office staff went far and beyond to help me figure this out...in which I'm grateful for!!! The x-ray tech and Dr. Ameli were very gentle and encouraging during my brief stay. I wish this office could be my permanent one...I highly recommend this location to anyone in need!!

Love the the front office. They are the best and very helpful. Iris and Jennie are great assistants. Dr Crew was very caring.

Great experience! Was seen on time, and everyone in the office was very nice. My dentist (Nicole Ameli) was great. Very thorough, and professional with a fantastic personality. The hygienist was also great cleaning my teeth. She went over how to properly brush and floss as well as other tips to prevent further issues. I highly recommend this practice.

The Service by Dr Crew was great & no pain during treatment also staff @front desk and assistance w/insurance is awesome...they all care about your treatment and personable + patient w/my questions..highly recommend this dental practice to all my friends n family...
