Everything was excellent! From the front office staff to the dental assistant, hygienist and Dr. Nguyen. Gave me tips and instructions on keeping my teeth clean and healthy. It had been several years due to the COVID pandemic. I have sensitive teeth and no pain whatsoever during all procedures. Thank you Pearly Whites‼️❤️🌹👍🏼

I have been to Pearly Whites twice, and both times have been a very pleasant experience. The front office staff, as well as the dental hygenist, were very personable, pleasant, and made me feel very comfortable. Speaking of comfort, while my teeth were being cleaned I had the option of receiving a neck pillow, watching television, and I was given glasses to ensure nothing got in my eyes. Everything about Pearly Whites is modern and professional, and I am certainly happy I chose them as my new dental clinic.

Update: They keep sending me bills for services I did not get and ask for money. Definitely AVOID this place. Shady as hell.
After spending almost 2 hours waiting just for a first time routine check there, I think the doctor cares about the $$$ more than she cares about the patients' teeth.
She would spend an hour trying to sell a service while not have any capacity to get the routine care done. So moving forward, I think I would work with dentists that is more patient-driven than $$$-driven.
I prefer dentist who is less patronizing and time-wasting.

Donna my hygienist was great! Very accomodating, cleaned my teeth well and got me out on time. Great customer service!.

This is not your typical in and out dentist office. I’ve been to other dentist offices and it just seems like your just another patient that they are trying to get you in and out as fast as possible. But not Pearly Whites they are absolutely amazing. From the moment I entered I was greeted by The lady in the front and I was checked in right away. The dentist and her assistants also did a great job and explained so much about my treatments that I was about to under go. Front the moment I stepped in I felt very comfortable. I highly recommend this office. And thank you so much to all the staff from pearly whites for such an amazing experience.

You guys are the coolest team in Las Vegas. Doctor Cat and I go way back and I’m always happy with your services. You’re all so personable, and your little touches make dental work enjoyable. My hygienist Donna today was very gentle and we had a good conversation. I tell EVERYONE I know to go to you guys. First dentist where I’ve had zero pain! And that’s saying a lot with two crowns done plus a deep cleaning! From the lavender-scented warm neck pillow to the friendly staff, this place is extraordinary. I especially appreciate the integrity of Dr.Nguyen. It had previously appeared I needed a crown replacement, but the doctor double-checked after removing plaque & said I did not. I would never have known if she had not been honest about it!

Pearly Whites is a very friendly environment. They are very accommodating and make you feel relaxed and at ease. They are very safe when it comes to dealing with the pandemic, and very very hygienic. My teeth always gets cleaned by the hygienist Donna, and she does a fantastic job. They are very friendly and do a great job. I’ve had 2 of my wisdom teeth pulled and they did a good job and I have felt no pain. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to get their teeth done.
