I really enjoyed my experience so far, my very first visit getting everything set up was so easy. Stephanie was very sweet, kind and gentle when it came to xrays and Dr. Hoang was as well with the exam. He explained and went through everything with me and why he thought that was the best route to take. We talked about what we wanted to prioritize and was given payment plans, something a lot of dentists seem to not do anymore. It was very relaxing and reassuring. I have a terrible phobia of the dentist and they made my experience so much easier. Everything so far has been very wonderful. I would and plan to recommend anyone searching for a dentist to go here.

From the moment I walked in for the first time, nothing but POSITIVE VIBES! My family and I are ALWAYS greeted so kindly by OPS MGR., TERESA. She has a heart of gold! If you're going in as a new patient, she will ask you all the needed info. If you need assistance on insurance coverage, let her know, and she'll provide you helpful information. She will also help you with any payment plans and insurance coverage that will suit you. She is sooo helpful! OMG! She's a keeper!

FURTHERMORE! I could NOT express enough how EXCELLENT DR. HOANG is! He is THE BEST DOCTOR I have ever encountered! He is AMAZING! Let's start off by saying, "He treats his patients like his own family!" "WOW! We are running our businesses so alike!" Always putting his customers first. He is THE BEST family doctor. He makes sure that you're walking out with a pristine smile, and a positive longterm relationship.

A short history, I've experienced Dr. Hoang cleaning my teeth in another location before he opened his own practice few years ago. I was so lucky to have an actual doctor doing my cleaning, I thought it was a mistake at first, but no, Dr. Hoang gets down to business, and do what he does best, "running a business the right way." I felt like a celebrity getting my teeth cleaned by the doctor himself. Since then, I knew that there are still doctors like him that exist, who treat their patients like how they want to be treated if they were the patient. When I found out he opened his own practice several months ago, everything was history. He had stolen all of our heart to be his long-term patients. My family and I are in, for sure!

Saving the best for last, the other main factor of why I chose this specific location with this SPECIFIC DOCTOR is they are NOT price gougers! He will help you to the best of his ability to fit your budget and and best suits you, and what procedures need to be done. He is straight forward, no hidden fees, no scamming with this office. Thank goodness for people like them! Been through so many doctors, I can't even tell you the horridous experiences I've had in the PAST with THE OTHER FACILITIES who were price gougers and no customer service etiquette.

This establishment is a RARE-FIND! IT'S A TRUE GEM FOR MYSELF AND MY ENITRE FAMILY! I will look no further. Its been ye-e-e-ars I've been longing for a dental office like Dr. Hoang and his dental family. TAKE MY WORD FOR IT. IT'S LIKE WINNING A LOTTERY!

I'm telling you, Dr. HOANG, his OPS MGR. TERESA, and staff will take BEST CARE of you and your loved ones! You will not regret! Take my word for it, I am one of the pickiest with OCD.

The entire staff is fun and friendly. Very helpful and knowledgeable. The office is very clean and always smells good. Just a great dentistry.

When you know, you just know. I had been off the dental grid for a few years and knew I needed work to get my mouth back into shape. Every step of the process was so easy and welcoming. Ashley and Robert in the front office, Stephanie that did my x-rays and prep, and Dr. Petrie with my exam and consultation... Exactly what I was hoping for. There's no judgement if you're walking in with less than perfect teeth. Actually, I might have to admit the appointment was almost fun. The staff definitely took the stress out of it. They're real people that run this office. On a more minor note, it's an easy location too, just off the Cheyenne/95 exit. Highly recommend, without reservation.

EDIT 4-4-19: I've been back for a few fillings and I wouldn't change a thing about my review. Dr. Freeman is great with the anesthesia and has a steady drill hand. The whole staff is consistently friendly and welcoming. Great dental practice, I hope they're around for a long while.

Dr. Hoang was really nice and definitely a no judgement free zone, It has
been a while since a I have been to the dentist but he took care of my concerns. The staff was super friendly and quick.

I saw Dr Karimi for an implant placement on 6/26. I was very impressed with the surgeon he explained every process as he worked on placing the implant. I thought I was going to be in pain after or at least feel some sort of discomfort, and felt nothing! Thank You Dr. Karimi and staff for the excellent care you provided.

Theresa works front desk and explained benefits. Stephanie did my xrays and assisted Dr. Hoang. Everybody at this office was super helpful and friendly. I got xrays, exam, cleaning and a cavity filled and was out in an hour or less. I will recommend this office to all my friends and family.
