Dr. Tran, and the DA, Andrea have been the absolute best throughout my entire process of my crowns and bridge. I’ve been waiting 6 years for this and Dr. Tran was extremely welcoming, comforting and quick! He let me know what he was doing, and every step, so I was more comfortable. Not only that, but his work is amazing!! He was understanding, answered all of my millions of questions and really is just a great person all around. I lucked out!

Andrea also so sweet and comforting, while doing fantastic work. I’ve never been to such a great dental office!!

Fantastic first experience! Rocksprings Dental Group greeted me with a smile as soon as I walked in the door, the whole staff is helpful and communicative to you and to each other so everyone is on the same page!
I had X-rays done, an examination, fillings and a cleaning.
Technicians were great, they absolutely knew what they were doing and did it well and I choose Dr. Tran, he did amazing work!!
The filling was my biggest issue, basically the entire front of one front tooth and it looked grey. It was bad.
Dr. Tran cares, he did the entire filling then diligently checked his work making sure he liked it and checked if I was happy with his work!!
Best dentist I’ve ever seen, team and all and that’s huge! Thank you team!

The staff was amazing! I got 2 crowns, on onlay, deep cleaning, and an implant in 1 day! They made sure I was comfortable and I didn’t have any pain. I get anxious at offices in general and they made me feel comfortable and they kept me informed the whole time! Doctor Berger was so kind and patient. She really took her time and made it fun!! My teeth have never felt this clean!! Thanks to the team for being so great!

I’m again amazed by Dr. Berger at Rock Springs Dental. I don’t have insurance and am really able to pay for emergencies, so far we’re at two and they’ve been more than fantastic each time. The $1200 for a crown was scary at first, but I ultimately walked out of there with a full replacement tooth that feels so much better than the original. It was worth ever penny as a cash patient. I’m due for a deep cleaning and have a stain on my front tooth I’m especially self conscious about. Each time she’s polished that off for me at no additional cost because she had the tools and it was an easy step to go a long way with me. She also has the most gentle hands I could ever imagine in a dentist. This is one of the best businesses I’ve ever been a client of regardless of industry. I can’t wait to be able to afford for them to get my entire mouth to 100%. Front to back, these people are excellent. I’ll never go anywhere else in Vegas!!!

Dr. Berger is the BEST! She is patient, kind, listens and so much more. She is just wonderful. I highly recommend her. The dental techs are wonderful as well, especially Hannah. The whole team is really beyond words. I'm so happy and thankful I found Rocksprings Dental Group!

A complete waste of time!

I arrived fifteen minutes early for my 10:30 appointment and wasn’t seen by the dentist until noon. And while I commend the front staff and x-ray technician for their excellent service the dentist completely wasted my time.

I wanted a general cleaning, however, a deep cleaning was suggested. Of course, nothing was done until I received a quote and sales pitch from a Front staff member. Which left me leaving with absolutely no dental service being performed. I had to asked for the insurance quote for the general cleaning, which would’ve meant wait time.

I will not be returning!

This office is so great! I have severe dentist anxiety and everyone here has always been really really nice and accommodating. Dr. Berger is amazing! All of the assistants are super sweet and friendly! I saw Alejandra today and she explained everything she was doing as she did it so that helps my anxiety.

Dr Berger is fantastic it was a quick and easy process. I didn’t feel pain. The needle always sucks but everything else was perfect and went smoothly. They are very personable and remembered me. Schedule is easy very nice staff. And clean.

I always love coming to Rocksprings dental. Staff are always very friendly. I usually see Dr. Tran, but because I had an emergency I scheduled with Dr. Berger. She's awesome along with her assistant Alejandra. They placed my permanent crown today and was super amazing. 10/10 recommend Rocksprings Dental.

Everyone in the office is super friendly and understanding. I had to have a big procedure done over several visits. They never made me feel shame or embarrassment about my situation. Dr. Jessica Berger is the sweetest most compassionate dentist I have ever seen. She always made sure I was never in pain and was always comfortable.
