I normally dread dentist visits, but this was like going to the spa! They offered a heated lavender scented neck pillow, eyewear (for bright light and splashing), and entertainment for my little one. Surprisingly, my 4y/o daughter enjoyed going to the dentist, they let her watch a movie, played with some toys and ate a chocolate chip cookie while waiting for Mommy's turn. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. I had a crown, 7 fillings, cleaning, and whitening to do, and it was as painless as can be! Oh and I know I mentioned the cookie, but they're worth mentioning twice, homemade and delish!!! I highly recommend this place and not just cause they gave me a starbucks gc too! Thank you Pearly Whites!

The office is calm and relaxing, especially the warm scented neck wrap. Staff are very personable, skilled and attentive. I always recommed Pearly Whites to everyone !

Great experience ๐Ÿ˜!! Super friendly and caring staff. Everyone was so knowledgeable and made me feel like I was a VIP. The warm lavender pillow definitely helped me to relax when I needed to get a cavity filled ๐Ÿ˜

Had two wisdom teeth come in up top, one on each side. First one came all the way out but was brittle. The outwards facing side totally broke away leaving the inner side and roots. The second one on the other side was only partly out of the gum. I dealt with the tooth coming in because it was coming in straight and I was trying to be a tough guy. The pain is more so from the tooth moving all the rest around it, seems to go all the way almost to the front. Later as pieces started breaking off the brittle side. I panicked and started looking everything up I could online. When i look something up online I usually look for the worst reviews, then the best reviews, compare prices, read all the horror stories and all the happy endings, and back and forth for a few hours. I came across everything from places that extracted the wrong teeth and pretty much told the patient 'oh well' to places that mixed up total procedures with other patients. Not to mention totally screwing appointment times all round. There was only ONE practice on this side of town that had only awesome things said about it. That's Pearly Whites. Went in for the extractions on Wednesday about 1:30. Was not looking forward to having bones dislodged from my skull I have to say. The ladies are all very sweet. There was a fellow ahead of me who was getting something done the Doc had to setup before getting started on me. The appointment was for 2 pm and they called me back about 2:10. The receptionists were nice and told me they were just saving the best for last :) Went to the back, not sure of the proper title for the young lady who was helping the doctor so ill just say nurse. The nurse explained what was gonna happen, gave me some stuff to read, gave me some pills. The doc came and gave me some generous topical anesthetic, then loaded me up with the wee curved needle anesthetic. They let me numb up while the nurse explained more and they prep'd behind me. First tooth. I have to point out that as a man there is something very comforting about a woman doctor. Not sure if its the same for the lady patients, for me they give off a real nice 'everythings gonna be just fine' vibe. Getting a tooth pulled has to be the strangest sensation I've experienced. There was slight pressure pain as she removed it to which she later told me she could have easily just numbed me a little more had I asked. Literally didnt even notice or feel her stitch it. That fast and smooth. Maybe 10-15 minutes. Second tooth was the brittle one. This one took more work. It was difficult to get a grip on it because of the places it was brittle and broke off. They gripped and hammered a little bit which was a unique feeling, but well anesthetized, it wasnt painful. The way they were turning my head and as far back as she had to get, I ended up most the time for that tooth with my forehead resting on the docs stomach. Helped me to relax. The tooth was a little pressure coming out at first as they maneuvered it. The roots had little hooks on the end like eagle talons. Then it just stopped and they had it. Took about 20-25 minutes maybe. Stitched it up, again very slight pressure. Cleaned me up, got my stuff ready, gave me pills and prescription and sent me on my way. Recovery. I got 2 prescriptions along with the antibiotics the practice gives you when you leave. I have talked to A LOT of people. I have not talked to anybody that has had NO pain whatsoever after extractions. I was expecting on the second and third day to be dealing with some at least discomfort..... Literally nothing..... I don't know if I've gotten used to the pain waiting a long time to finally get it done or if its just total relief, but I've experienced absolutely no pain or discomfort at all since I've left. Gave me a six hours prescription for pain and an eight hours for antibiotics, been just doing them both every eight hours. tl;dr Double upper wisdom tooth Extraction-Was terrified to get this done, waited a long time. Found an awesome place. They did an awesome job. No pain since I went home whatsoever AND only 550$ish

Hate Dentists, I really do, something about having your mouth probed but the folks here are awesome. I was going to pay more for the concious sedation but didn't need to with Pearly whites. Very personal and reassuring, it's not the pain it's the loss of control but at no time do I feel like I don't know what and why they are doing. My teeth are in the best shape in years thanks to the Drs and hygenists

There are good, great, and then there are best-in-class dental offices like Pearly Whites. My experience: 1) They respond immediate to all your questions, e.g. googled them on Thursday, scheduled first visit for Monday (Day 1). 2) Immediate same day response, e.g. received results of evaluation and cost estimate in the AM. Started repair in the PM, walking out in the evening with 2 new crowns. 3) Personal follow-up about patient condition, e.g. calling the day after (Tue) about how it feels. Perfect! 4) Focus on quality, rather than a quick out-the-door, e.g. even state-of-the-art technology like a 3D scan needs expert human adjustments, like my 3rd crown (Day 2) passed fit and quality by Dr. Anthony Hua, only after the 3rd adjusted fabrication, but finishing all the same day. The most efficient, non-stop dental procedures completed within 2 days. The key word for the Pearly Whites Family Dentistry and every team member is โ€œamazingโ€. A model example, a benchmark for any other medical office. Excellent. Period.

My Review On Another Website "Mysteriously Disappeared". At Least I Had The Consideration For Rating This Dental Practice At A 'Three Star Rating' Mainly Because The Staff Members Friendliness. I Thought Businesses Weren't Supposed To "Pick And Choose" The Type Of Reviews That They "Don't Like"...? It Seems As If You Cannot Have An 'Unbiased Opinion' If You Didn't Enjoy Your Dental Visit... My Husband And I Came To This Dental Practice In Hopes Of Receiving The Proper Dental Care. I Was Wrong. We Received X-Rays And Lectures Basically. No Dental Care Was Performed. We Received "Pearly Whites" Folders, Lip Balm, Pens And Other Info With All The Dental Care We Needed To Have. We Had Excellent Insurance, Loved The Location Of Where The Practice Was, Which Wasn't To Far From Our Places Of Employment. One Thing I Can Say Is That Dr. Nguyen (Or Someone In Charge Of The Business Account) Responds BackTo Reviews.
