Extremely rude customer service. I did not have $50 for my deductible so instead of working with me they scolded me on a late cancelation and said I would have to pay it anyway. I was not trying to cancel my appointment, just didn't have the $50 and wondered what options I had. The receptionist was extremely rude about it and spoke to me like I was an idiot. Never going there again. Customer service training might be a wise investment for that office.

First time patient. I was having severe pain. I called and they asked if I could come right then. Professional and sanitary environment. Can't get the extraction that I need right now due to the Covid-19 situation, but extraction was scheduled for a later date. They called in prescriptions to my pharmacy. I hope to be feeling relief in 24 hours.

To say that I'm disappointed is an understatement. I broke a tooth and called around to find someone that could see me. I had to wait over 7 days before being seen as this was during the covid shut down and dental treatment is being scheduled as emergency only. Blah, blah, blah. I wait. The day finally comes, great let's gets this thing pulled. I get to the office and they tell me that I do have an appointment to have x Ray's done. But they are only going to x ray the one tooth that's broke, a $79 cost, or if I want they can x ray my whole mouth for an additional $15. I'm thinking okay, whatever, let's see what's going on while I'm here. They take the pictures and reveal that they are not allowed to perform any services during the covid shut down. They can not extract the tooth, that they can offer me some antibiotics and over the counter painkillers. They inform me that June would be the earliest foreseeable time that they could extract the tooth. Then they asked me to sign a document outlining the thousands of dollars they recommend I spend at their offices once that elusive "June" date finally comes. They swiped my payment when they knew they wasn't a thing that they were going to do for me, or anyone else in the office that day. . . Truly disappointing.

I like the people that work here and they definitely help you smile. They don't milk you for your money like other dentists. They will tell you exactly what you need to get done and offer alternatives if you are on a budget.
