Dr. West and back office staff are wonderful. They are very caring and Dr. West is so incredibly knowledgeable and enthusiastic in her practice. Her positive energy is amazing! 2 front office receptionist are also very friendly and courteous. Sadly the financial office manager (I am sure that isn’t her official title) lacked sensitivity and professionalism. I felt like i was treated like a low life. I want to emphasize that care is wonderful from dr. West, but sad that one person has dropped the rating from a solid 5 to a 3. It is impossible to explain the entire scenario that occurred today. I was almost in tears when I left today. Front staff even seemed embarrassed that financial office manager was unwilling to appreciate my situation and request. I am in a tough situation. I will need to return for follow up but so disheartened that not sure if I can/want to. Only one other time in my life have I left a doctor due to office staff. Sadly this may be the second time. They are the first and last people you see and their impression is lasting.
