I was referred to Dr. Tomita from my Torrance, CA dentist. My first appointment was in October and now my second appointment was January. Dr. Tomita made me feel very welcome and confident. Both times, I got professional teeth cleaning. The office practices high level COVID safety procedures. Most of all the Staff is very friendly and professional. I found Island Dental from other reviews and checked to make sure my insurance (MetLife) covered it. I have some tooth pain and they offered to get me in on the same day! I was helped by Ashley and Dr. Askew and both were great. I appreciated that they verified my insurance and what my insurance will cover before moving forward with any services. I ended up being approved for X-rays and identified the cause of my pain. The faculty was clean, everyone was friendly, and they were informative about the process the whole time.
