This place is great, people are friendly, and for my schedule being either m-f or even working on weekends the fact that they’re open on sundays is a great deal to me. The Hygenist does a great job she’s goes through all the points, we’ve discussed my TMJ, besides that office staff kept the place nice and neat. You get multiple reminders about upcoming appointments. Overall great experience!

I have never had a better dental experience. I came in for an emergency extraction, and the staff was very kind and knowledgable. Each step was explained to me before we got started so that there were no surprises. I will definitely be back for future dental care.

Was able to get me in on a Sunday emergency, very professional about payment plans and the options they offer. You can tell that they were busy but Dr. Kang was still attentive and obviously cared. Dr. Lee started the procedure she was super nice and executed very well in a quick manner.

Prior to the appointment I asked if they accept my insurance provider and I was told that I wouldn't have to come up with any out-of-pocket for the visit. A few weeks later I got a call from them saying I have to pay a certain amount for the visit. I called my insurance provider and they said that the dentist was not in their network. Had to file an appeal and go through several steps. Hygienist was awesome though. Coleman and Carl are just rude and shouldn't be running this office.

This is a place designed to pump patients through as fast as possible with very low standards of care. Have you ever had your teeth polished before they were cleaned? In over 40 years of going to a dentist this had never happened until I went here, but the hygienist was running behind so now I have. I'm not even sure if the lady who did the polishing was qualified to. The actual 'dentist' spent 2-3 minutes with me total, doing the worlds laziest and useless gum pocket check. The person who spent the most time with me was the billing guy who tried to upsell me.

Despite all that I decided to give them a second chance, every place has a bad day, and they cancelled my appointment on me meaning I won't get to utilize my dental benefits I paid for unless I can find a competent dentist who can fit me in.

*In response to the owner response. I gave you this feedback after my first visit and never heard back from you. You are just pretending to care because this is public facing.

Checked in good customer service i had issues with my teeth and they got me in thank you. I do recommend going here. They do work with u with payment plans not to expensive which is great

My appointment was moved up twice and they still somehow managed to run behind. I was also billed twice as well not impressed with the administrative at all beside but the dentist was great. Dr Lee knows her stuff .

Extremely disappointed and frankly very angry. Had my morning completely wasted and had cancelled several meetings to be with them. Chose this dentist as my original one retired and that practice wanted me to go their other location more than 20 miles from my home...so shopped around and came across this place. I was astounded to see that not only are they open on Saturdays but Sundays too! Unheard of for Dentists to accommodate real people like that. Their website was fancy and after calling for an appointment the person who booked me was wonderful. I was super happy with my choice until I arrived. Greeted by receptionist warmly, told to wait. 10 mins passes. 20 mins passes. 30 mins passes. Bear in mind I was on time as is courteous and polite. Dr Kang (I recognized him from website) was sat the entire time in side office area visible from reception waiting area reading his emails. Never once made any contact or gave any evidence of being ready to see me. I approached a different receptionist as the first one had gone to lunch and said please cancel my appt and delete all my patient files I had submitted the night before as I was shocked that they expected me to be on time but they could not be themselves. She look staggered that a customer could possibly expect good service and on time as agreed to. She offered to reschedule me and I advised not on her life. Not doing business with a place that clearly has no respect for my time, yet I'm expected to respect theirs. She shrugged smugly at me as I walked out. I don't care if my next dentist is only open 1 day a week, and charges me double, if they treat me with respect they will have a life long customer, and my family too.

I wish I had read the reviews before choosing this place. This was my first appointment. I went through the check in and x- ray, everything looked good but after transferring to room, waited for about 16 minutes and dr ( who is the owner of office too) never showed up and nobody stopped to explain why! If they don't care about my time and don't respect me specially for first appointment, I am not going to waste my time and money here! Worth to mention: I didn't feel they are sorry at all when I complained.
