8/10/22 Visit: First time experience here and left impressed and feeling like Dr. Lee and staff cared about me and my teeth. I appreciated their flexibility in scheduling, receptive front office staff and how Dr. Lee took time to explain various things in simple manner and hear me out.

Great Dentist, and wonderful staff. All so friendly and professional! Dr. Lee’s communications are thoughtful, caring, and clear! She’s one of the best dentist’s I’ve ever been to! Melissa who took the x-rays was also outstanding in her approach and personality, as was Sara at the front desk! A wonderful first visit, and I certainly will return! I highly recommend that you visit this office for your dental needs…you won’t be disappointed!

This place is absolutely amazing. The staff was so friendly. Jasmine was so sweet and helpful when scheduling my appointment. She made sure my insurance was accepted. Vanessa greeted me with the biggest smile and was so helpful with the insurance breakdown. They both have great customer service. Dr. Lee was so very thorough. I gained so much by her wisdom and knowledge. She really helped me understand so much more. I am one that ask a lot of questions because I care about my teeth. I was very impressed. The technology they have in their dentist office really allows you to see the fine details regarding your teeth. Melissa did a awesome cleaning on my teeth making my smile sparkle. I’m so happy I chose Silver Lake Dental.

Dr. Lee and her team deserves more than 5 stars. You know everyone knows what they're doing. The best part for me is how gentle they are during dental work. Dr. Lee is very thorough and detailed. Absolutely incredible! Story time
I had an emergency issue with a tooth and I called Silver Lake to see about an appointment, at first I was told I needed to wait 2 months, however I received a phone call saying they could squeeze me in for one of their Sunday appointments.
The bothersome tooth needed to be pulled, which I was terrified, since I’ve rarely had a positive experience with dental adventures.
Dr. Lee and her team were extremely compassionate and explained the procedure in great detail, they even provided a stress ball to squeeze. It was quick and relatively painless, which is a sentence I never thought I would use when it comes to dental work. Extremely pleased with this office and will definitely be a returning patient.

My appointment was at 3 pm. I was taken to a room at 3:10 pm. The assistant came in to prep me for a cleaning. I was told it would be a few minutes. The dentist was in the room next to mine. I could hear what was going on with the other patient. The assistant came back to say it would be a few more minutes. By this time I had been in the office for 1/2 hour just waiting. I Sar listening to what was happening in the next room and realized it would be a long wait. The weather was bad and I knew it would soon be snowing and the wet roads would be turning to ice. I went to the front desk at 3:40 pm and rescheduled my appointment and left. By the time I got home, it was snowing and the roads were becoming icy.
