Excellent!
I felt like I was in a state-of-the-art office. Everyone there is exceptionally helpful. Dr. Adams provided me with information I didn't even know I needed and my mouth has never been so thoroughly explained to me. I appreciate their level of expertise and professionalism. I have never been treated so well at a dentist office before.
Thank you Guys!
A.M.

Got my wisdom teeth pulled here and the procedure was painless. Had a smooth recovery and did not find any kind of pain management necessary because they healed so fast.

I went to a dentist a couple months ago and had a HORRIBLE experience. Scared to try and other dentist, but suffering from so much pain in my wisdom teeth I had to go. The people here are so kind and willing to help. I had an appointment at 7:30am (although when I called they offered a same day appointment, that I would have loved but was not able to to take). It's easy to find and close to the University. They even offered a bunch of free stuff (see pic below). They were inviting and when I was taken back they actually gave me a tour and showed me my dentist Dr. Falke. X rays were painless and easy. And the Hygienist was throughout and so kind. They actually asked me questions and got to know me! After evaluating my teeth, they made reasonable suggestions and even called the oral surgeon (who was also AMAZING his name was Dr. Foulke) and I was able to get my wisdom teeth removed that same day. I had them removed yesterday and I am in no pain at all and am able to get back to work the next day. I will continue to see The Reno Dentist and HIGHLY SUGGEST THEM TO ANYONE ESPECIALLY THOSE WITH ANXIETY ABOUT THE DENTIST!!! Tell them Cheyenne sent you and I could enter to win a TV! (As a broke college kid that would be tight)

I was completely unimpressed with this office. I, like many others, am terrified of having dental work. I have a broken tooth and needed either an extraction and implant, or a root canal and crown. I called to make the appointment and asked about financing. I was informed by the staff that they offer 'compassionate financing' which is an in-house financing plan similar to what I received from my last dentist in Auburn, CA. I was relieving to hear that I could break up such costly procedures into payments, and convinced myself to make the appointment even though I was a bundle of nerves.
I made clear that I was 95% certain I wanted the root canal and crown, but wanted to check with the dentist to make sure an implant wasn't the better option. The appointment was made for 2:30pm today, 6/17. I called back on Friday of last week to Make Sure my appointment was to see the dentist AND the endodontist for the procedure once I felt confident I was making the right decision.
So, I take today and half of tomorrow off of work for my procedure, and make the 40 minute drive to Reno. I don't see the dentist though... I see endodontist Dr. Tim Adam's who, of course, tells me to keep the tooth, because he's 'in the business of saving teeth'. When I agree, he tells me we need to schedule my appointment for my root canal when he gets back on 7/10, and makes every excuse possible not to do the procedure today, like he was scheduled to do! Two reasons given were: 'You'll have to hear that kid screaming in the other room... I don't know if staff can stay...'. Seriously. (He said these things to me while a child was screaming in another room, with an eye roll and a cringed look on his face). Completely unprofessional, whiney, and dismissive of my time, and the money lost by taking a day off work to be there.
Then, the dental assistant has the nerve to tell me that they 'might' be able to offer their 'compassionate financing' option for the $4800 quoted procedure, but I need to email the office manager and figure that out with her. I told her if the reason I wasn't getting my procedure done today had to do with the financing, that I would have paid the full amount of the root canal today (+/- $3400 just for the root canal not including the 5 year warranty of $185...so they don't even guarantee their work...I am not joking.) She said 'oh, we thought you needed to finance it all so...' end of conversation about the fact that the doctor wasn't doing my procedure today. To boot, she informed me that when I make the appointment for my root canal, I would need to put down a $200 deposit for the appointment. I almost laughed through my tears.
If they demand to a $200 deposit for an appointment, then my appointment today Should have been FREE because they did not honor MY time by following through with my procedure. $143 later, with 2 tiny xrays, and a 20 minute consult with Dr Adams, I left crying and hurt, and not because my tooth had been dealt with. I am taking my xrays and money to another, more professional office where they Value their patients. There are plenty of offices who don't quote $4800 for a root canal and crown and they actually honor their patient's time as much as they honor their own!
This place is a complete farce. You'll find less expensive and more helpful staff plenty of other places in Reno.

I thought it would be very hard to find a dentist to replace doctor York when he left I decided to stay with the new doctor Sykes and his staff and I am very very pleased those were some hard shoes to fill but dr. Sykes and his staff have really outdone themselves by doing so I recommend anybody that I run into this looking for a dentist I always tell them to contact you guys first your customer service care is outstanding your compassion with your employees how they feel about us as patients is just wonderful experience there and I'm so glad that I did decide to stay with that office and thank you for everything that you do and the care that you give all your patients

Thank you again, Dawn.

Great dentist but very expensive. After my visit I looked up what the cost of services i got should have been and it was at the very top end for the fillings. Also they charged $100 for n2o gas and when googled it said n2o costs an average of $50. I really like this place I really wish it wasn't so overpriced...they were great with my kid who I had to bring to my appointment and they are very nice. If you can afford it this is a great dentist.

My wife Xiuhua Wang needed a tooth replaced. Went in on a Monday and they installed it on Wednesday. top of the line dentistry. The most modern equipment available. Very good experience. Very happy with the results. We could of had it installed the nest day but we had a scheduling conflict. Will be using them in the future.

The worst place. Over the phone when I made the appointment, the lady set me up for what I was led to believe a "complementary consultation" to figure out if I needed a "regular" cleaning or a "deep" cleaning. I show up at 7:30am. The lady that is doing my "consultation" then decides to tell me that the consultation is just me and her sitting in some room having a conversation about prices- That I would have to pay to get a "real" exam in order to determine what type of cleaning I need. And after that, I would have to pay for the actual cleaning. First of all, be more clear over the phone. If I had known I was just coming in for a "chat" I would've never come here. I have a newborn baby at home. I do not want to "chat" about prices and exams. The lady over the phone would NOT give me prices. So this dentist made me come in just to tell me the prices and to tell me I'd have to come in again for an exam. ALL I WANT IS A CLEANING! Horrible dentist office. Waste of time. Not clear on communication.

The Reno Dentist always makes me feel welcome when I come in for cleanings and check ups. I switched to the Reno Dentist when I came to college and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to find a new dentist when relocating to Reno!
