The Reno Dentist

I am not satisfied with how they handled the insurance that I have since I have two. I tried my best to understand the situation but it just gets annoying that I will receive mails from them about an outstanding fee which is totally covered by the insurance(the cleaning.). This is my first dentist in Reno and I have a very bad experience. I would probably find another place that willing to understand my situation better.

This is THE best dentist out there. First of all, its already a little terrifying going to the dentist. SO having amazing staff be nothing but kind and compassionate to you makes things so much better. From my first call to get an appointment scheduled, I was treated amazing. Nothing but smiles. The day of my appointment, I checked in and was taken back almost immediately. I was shown around the office and introduced to everyone. They explained everything that was going on. Dr. Sykes is absolutely amazing. Treats you like a person, not another customer. Had all 4 of my wisdom taken out and it was painless. Kept me comfortable. They offer you music, snacks, drinks. Sent me home with everything I needed. Later that evening, Dr. Sykes himself called to check on me and ask how I was doing. Talk about a doctor and office who actually cares! Thank you Dr. Sykes, Rachael and Vanessa!

The ladies at the front are amazing and made me feel very welcomed at my first visit today. Alina (sp?) made me feel comfortable despite my drooling profusely while being fitted for trays. Thank you guys, I didn’t hate the dentist this time. Oh and they offer many services you have to check it out and see!

I love the service, the loyalty, the attention, and the professionalism that the stuff have for us as a costumers.

I would like to thank The Reno Dentist, Dr. Sykes and his staff for kindness, excellent care, honesty, patience, and professionalism. My past experiences at previous dentist offices left me extremely nervous with high anxiety for dental treatment. My worries quickly disappeared as I was greeted by Dr. Sykes. His calming demeanor, honesty, and professionalism were outstanding. He took time and listened to my concerns. I would highly recommend Reno Dentist.

My experiences with Dr. Sykes and his "team" have ALWAYS been super. As a matter of fact, I had work done yesterday to replace an old crown on one of my molars. The Dental Assistant, Carlos, was so nice, proficient and super capable, as was Dr. Folk. My Dental Hygienist, Lauren, is wonderful. I feel like we are "old friends". You will LOVE this dental practice. The technology used is top of the line, the staff and providers are friendly and warm . . . . . and they can take a good joke! :) Liz Hall

I called The Reno dentist in hopes of getting in within a couple days for them to see a tooth that needed a crown ASAP. They were so helpful over the phone, they got me in the next day. The office is very nice and the technology they use is amazing! I was able to get an old filling replaced with a crown in a few hours! Everyone in there from the Dr. , the assistants and the receptionists were all amazing! I would highly recommend the Reno dentist!

I went here for a problem I was having with a root canal. The dentist I was previously going to in Fallon just could not get my tooth right even after multiple visits and attempts. I came here for the first time and the doctor was absolutely amazing !!!!! He knew exactly what he was doing! I will be coming here for my cleanings and any problems I have with my teeth for the time left I have in Nevada!!! Love it here , I highly recommend this doctor as I am a super picky person.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience at the Reno Dentist. From the moment I walked in it was obvious the people there knew how to do their jobs. More importantly, it was obvious they were there to make my experience the best it could possibly be.
I was given a tour of the office which made it easy to find my way in and out and find the restroom without having to ask. Everyone I came into contact with after my initial meet & greet knew my name and introduced themselves with a handshake. I was offered something to drink, offered headphones, and made as comfortable as possible. These guys have the latest technology (I got a crown 3-D printed in under an hour!) AND the best customer service. The receptionists were kind and efficient. The assistant Brittney was incredibly courteous and knowledgeable.Last but certainly not least both Dr.Sykes and Dr.Z were capable, efficient dentists who communicated what was happening clearly and did their job well. Better yet, my favorite part was a follow up call about 3 hours after my appointment from Dr. Sykes himself to check and make sure everything was feeling okay after anesthesia wore off. Wow! When was the last time a dentist did that?
This kind of treatment makes me want to be a patient for life. Thank you so much for all your help guys!

I love this practice, which is a weird thing to say about the dentist but it’s true. Everyone is very kind and attentive and explains exactly what/why/how something works. They helped me find new products to support my dental health and it didn’t feel like they were “upselling” me. I could tell they honestly cared and were trying to help me find the best products.

I can’t recommend them enough.
