I went into Caffaratti Dental Group with high expectations, and I was not disappointed! I was looking for a new dentist and I was so lucky to find a great dentist office. Everyone took the time to explain what they were doing, and they treated me with kindness.
Their examination was very thorough. They took x-ray after x-ray and a scan of my upper jaw and lower jaw and every tooth. For all of their efforts and kindness this visit was very affordable. I cannot not say enough great things about Caffaratti Dental Group. Thank you to everyone at Caffaratti Dental Group.

Dr. Caffaratti has been my Dentist for over 35 years! Our excellent care from him was worth remaining with Caffaratti Dental Group even though our insurance no longer considers them a in network provider.
Not only this but his trusted surgical assistant Debbie is also very skilled and trusted.

Dr. Caffaratti is the best dentist . He just capped my last original tooth this November . It's been a long relation ship. He started after my front teeth got cracked off . He and his wonderful team started with my top teeth with caps. Now i have a lovely smile. I no longer look like bucky beaver. Thank you so much. All my love to Dr. C. And his wonderful staff. ❤️

This is a great dental office! The staff are very friendly and helpful. Things are explained in terms the patient can understand. From my initial meeting with Wendy and my consultation with Dr. Besso I felt heard and the need for a certain treatment plan was clearly explained. I would definitely recommend this office!

Your hygienist, Heidi is very professional and has a great personality and she also is very gentle. She made a huge impression on me last time I came in, and asked me why I couldn't spend at least just 2 minutes a day doing a better job. What is 2 minutes a day? So, my exam this time was much better and faster and less painful. You have a asset by retaining Heidi

I am incredibly disappointed with my experience with this practice. I am someone who looks at several reviews before choosing a new dentist/ anything really, so I was happy to find somewhere with such high reviews. I called the front desk and made sure they were contracted with my insurance and made an appointment. I had an initial appointment back in August 2022. After my cleaning and exam I sat down with Wendy, who goes over insurance and pricing for any needed work. I provided both insurances to Wendy and the front desk (more than once) and was happy to find out that my estimate was under $200 for all 6 fillings I needed. I had three of the fillings done and paid what was due (~$60) and later received a bill for $400. When I spoke to Carrie at the front desk, she let me know that the insurance hadn't paid yet and not to worry about paying that bill. I continued to receive bills and continued to reach out to the office. I kept getting the same response and was told to wait to pay it. Carrie also let me know that she didn't typically handle billing and that Sarah would be a better person to talk to about this. I asked Carrie to have Sarah call me when she was in. I called the next few weeks (after not getting a call back) and was told Sarah is out sick and she would call me once she is back in the office. At this point, months had gone by and I spoke to Carrie and the answering service several times. I never received a call back. The bills kept coming and I finally called my dental insurance. They let me know that this dentist is out of network and that is why they are not paying what was estimated by Wendy. I was very surprised to learn that the dentist was out of network, as the office staff hadn't said anything about that to me. I finally spoke to Sarah in December and Sarah basically told me there wasn't anything anyone could do. I asked to speak to the office manager because I feel like this is terrible patient care, and I was told that Sarah is the office manager. Sarah stated that someone should have told me on my first visit that their office is not "a preferred provider for any insurance". The fact that this was not communicated to me at any point during all of the phone calls and visits I had is so frustrating. What a waste of time trying to get an answer from the office staff and a serious waste of money. This dental group was recommended to me by my dad- he only trusted Dr. Caffaratti with dental work. I'm sure Dr. Caffaratti would be disappointed to know this is how the office is managed.

Caffaratti dental group always provides the best care with efficiency, promptness, comfort and guaranteed satisfaction. I highly recommend them for both dentistry and sleep health issues.

I have only been to a few dentists in Reno. None have been more clean, professional, and attentive than Caffaratti Dental Group. I highly recommend this dental office to anyone in the Reno/Sparks area.

I have been very happy with the care I have received here. The staff is kind and friendly. They use top of the line treatment including lasers for your gums after a cleaning.

I trust the dentists there. They have alerted me to the fact that I have sleep apnea and bruxism which makes total sense now after so many cracked teeth that I have had. They really care about my well-being and helping me. I appreciate that.

Like a lot of people, I find going to the dentist, especially a "new guy", absolutely terrifying.
