Champagne Family Dentistry

Last appointment I had there the lady who was doing my cleaning didn’t introduce herself and I found it weird because it was only my second time ever being there and it was someone different from my first time there. She cracked my left front tooth and I was only going in for a cleaning( mind you my tooth was not cracked before my appointment), Do better!

The office is friendly and nice but once the tech takes you back after a long wait they make you book an appointment before you've even made it through the appointment you are currently at. The "doctor" only spends 30 seconds with their patients and they are constantly finding ways to charge money. Two visits in a row they have told me I needed to pay for fluoride when my insurance covers it in a cleaning. The hygienist that cleans your teeth is brief and not gentle, did not like the job she did. Overall I would not recommend. I don't feel like a patient, I feel like a transaction.

Dr Drew and his staff are amazing! Not only are they kind and compassionate but they are thorough and include you in your treatment plan. I have had a fear of the dentist for most of my life…Dr Drew has alleviated those fears and has made me feel comfortable throughout the process. I cannot express enough gratitude.

Everyone in this office is super friendly and helpful. The staff is well trained and I’ve noticed that the senior and more experienced staff regularly take the time to properly educate the less experienced staff. This is so important for consistent quality of care, and I always love supporting businesses with a healthy work environment. I also have really bad anxiety with dentist visits, but I can tell the dentists are very knowledgeable and talented, and that puts me at ease. I am new to Reno and I did a lot of research and review reading of various dentists before I decided to take my family to Champagne, and I’m so glad I did. They are nothing less than fantastic! For someone that hates going to the dentist more than anything, I sure love and appreciate the care I receive from Champagne Family Dentistry. The front desk, the X-ray tech, the impressions expert, the hygienists, and the doctors, all deserve high praise!

I HATE GOING TO THE DENTIST... yet I love going to Champagne Family Dentistry.. Always a positive experience. Fantastic hygienists (yes you...Hanna "Montana") ! Very cool tech/equipment. Super cool office staff.. and the Dentist's are top notch as well. I really appreciate the txt reminders, ease of scheduling and flexibility of appointment times. Best Dental group in the Truckee Meadows!

The staff were super friendly and compassionate…they worked hard to alleviate anxiety and to make me comfortable with the entire experience. They never once made me feel judged for having issues, and I was pleasantly surprised by the fact that they were able to do the entire crown procedure in house, immediately. No waiting days or having to come in for a second visit to get my tooth fixed. Great job!

I have a daughter at UNR that chipped her front tooth and had media day coming up. Champagne Dental got her in quickly and took care of her tooth the same day. Her smile says it all, I can’t thank you enough!

I showed up for my appointment, and there was some confusion on their part about the appointment. They then worked it out so I was able to complete my needed procedure. I was impress with their professionalism and their ability to work out a solution without me having to reschedule. This was very much appreciated as my schedule is very full at this time of the year. Way to go!!

I had another 6 month check up today with Champagne Family Dentistry and it was the same as it always has been.....absolutely fabulous! My favorite hygienist Ana is the best I have ever experienced....fast, thorough and so gentle, plus she has a GREAT sense of humor. I noticed the check-in has been streamlined, which seems to add to a more efficient experience for the patient as well as the staff. I really don't know what more CFD can do to make things more pleasant or efficient for everyone, but I'm sure they will come up with something. Taking care of your health is the best thing you can do for yourself, and having a team like Champagne Family Dentistry on your side will definitely help you get there!

I called about being a new patient and was given an appointment for the next day! So unusual to be seen so quickly. After my new patient exam I was booked for a cleaning for about two weeks later. My experience has been it often takes at least an month or more for this whole process. Thanks for getting me in and scheduled so fast!
