*****For the most part I have never had a problem with the quality of the actual dental work being done. I have been seen by I think 3 different dentists here and they all did good work. I'm not terrified of the dentist but I have overall general anxiety. The dentists and other dental workers have always been kind and accommodating to this. I had a panic attack once caused by one of the ingredient in the numbing shots (I have had many different numbing shots in my life and this only happened once so don't worry) The staff was kind and brought me water and juice and calmly explained my body's reaction to the medication. They also allowed me about 15 minutes to calm myself while the medication side effect quickly wore off.
*****If you are freaked about the shots hurting and haven't been to the dentist in a long time because of this don't let this fear stop you. Dental work technique seems to have evolved greatly in the last 10 years. The dentists here perform the shots so gently and so skilled that it is no longer the part if the dentist that I worry about. SERIOUSLY PEOPLE, THE SHOTS DON'T HURT. On a pain scale of 1-10 getting the numbing shots is at the VERY WORST maybe a 2 and I have had them in what is considered the most painful spots.
****I want to be honest here, the worst thing that has happened to me at this dentist is the desk staff telling me I had a $3,000 credit on my account. This credit turned out to be a mistake. My parents use this dentist also and somehow the money my parents paid for their own dental work ended up on my account. I personally have no dental insurance and I am very low income so when the desk staff first told me I had $3,000 on my account I thought I had won the dental lottery. I was so excited and relieved. To find out this was incorrect made me feel incredibly sad and disappointed. I know it was an honest mistake and I just hope other people will not have to experience this.

I did not have to wait but three minutes to be seen. That, in my experience, is extraordinary (in a good way).
I did not feel rushed; Amanda took time and care while addressing my needs.
I highly recommend Generations Dental Care. I am actually looking forward to my next visit.

It was my first appointment, I was very nervous and overwhelmed, I let them know, they talked me through everything they were doing, they were kind and patient and never made me feel like I was overreacting by my nerves- they made the experience a good one, happy to go here!

Emma was wonderful! I brought up a problem area and she thoroughly reviewed options for the visit. I did not feel pressured one way or another. Terry was great to come in and comfort my daughter when she had enough waiting for her Mommy. Definitely happy to be a patient here!

Haven't been to a dentist in years due to past experiences and fear. The staff there was amazing and very kind. The hygienist Emma made me feel very comfortable. Teeth came out amazing and feel so much better. I'll definitely be back. Edit*** it’s been 6 months since this last post and my 2nd cleaning was today. Emma was amazing and gentle. It feels good taking care of my teeth. Glad I chose this office. Place is great.
