Only been to them 3 times and am looking for another dentist already. Had a tooth with an old filling chip and came here after my wife went. They are an assembly-line type of business and don't treat you like a person, just another source of revenue. They didn't go over all options nor explained anything just threw out "need a crown @ $900". Later, I called them to tell them that the filling fell out and was wondering if I could just get it filled with a plastic filling (UV resin). They said they would have to take a look at it. I used their online appointment last 2 weeks ago to schedule for a Wednesday and only got a call for a Monday that I couldn't make it to. Over this weekend, the tooth broke off a small peppercorn size piece and actually split. When I came in today they kept pushing for a crown several times even after I told them I couldn't afford it. Then I had to wait for another doctor to go over options but still pushed for a crown. This doctor gave me the same option of a $900 crown but also a $200 possible root canal or $30 extraction. I was like "$30 sounds pretty good". He went on to explain what future issues I would have if it was pulled from bone loss to the lower opposing tooth falling out. Then the dental assistant piped in about it being a big decision but taking some time to think about it. The assigned doctor came in and started pushing for the crown again. Then said we'll go ahead with today's filling and talk about getting that crown. THE WHOLE TIME while working on my tooth, both the dentist and dental assistant were having a personal conversation. One goes on about living with a hoarder and the other about her dog eating some deserts. They clamped something in my mouth, drilled, and filled the tooth. The drilling was the worst experience I've ever had, not because of the pain but how rough and aggressive it was. Then come to find out, they basically did a patch job on the now split tooth with the UV RESIN / PLASTIC FILLING I WANTED MONTHS AGO! This patch job of a tooth still has a sharp point and still wiggles a little. Worst dentist visit ever!

I've gone to Caring Family Dentistry ever since I can remembe. The staff are supper friendly and helpful. If you have any concerns they will hear you out and give solutions if needed.
They try there best to keep prices reasonable and tell you about costs upfront. I'd definitely recommend them if you are looking for a supportive and honest dentistry.

Alicia Gittleman DMD do not trust her get second opinion. Mandatory X-rays - look through prior reviews. It is a theme here. It is not possible to get a simple cleaning without the above. I have no dental issues and had X-rays taken less than a year ago at another dentist. All records were transferred. We waited over 3 months for an appointment and drove over an hour to be told it’s X-rays or the door.
They are all-ways late on they appointments.They where late for 45 min.
They send personal to answer your questions, and the personal had to leave the room for long time before she can have a response on your question.
Be prepared to hear a lot I am not sure and i do not know that.
The total time of the appointment last 2:35 min. If you ask them a question when they suggest stuff or procedures they do not like it.If you do not do as they say they will suggest you go other practice.
They refuse to give you cheaper option.They do not care for they patients they are money hungry. They have luck of communication with each-other. Do not go there do yourself a favor .

I went to the same dentist for about 35 years. I finally switched when taking my family an hour away became a chore. I am glad I did. Caring Family Dentistry is a great practice with caring people. They are professional, but human (humane?) And I appreciate that they treat me like a person and a patient... 2 thumbs up.

Great location and great staff. Not the type of dentist that scolds you. Love the fact there are large TVs to show you your teeth and not keep the Xrays hidden. Hygienist was amazing 👏
