While in the market for a new dental office I did some research in the Concord area and found that Generations Dental had a significant number of reviews and a very favorable overall rating. I was looking for a progressive, customer service focused and well-staffed office and decided to reach out to their team.
My initial conversations were great and they were able to schedule me quickly in an effort to remedy my pre-existing condition. My first visit with Dr. McCann went very well, she provided an initial consultation, detailed explanation and scheduled me for corrective treatment. The treatment visit was exactly as she had described during the consultation and the result a number of weeks later is just what I had hoped for. I've since been back for a cleaning and follow-up procedure and can recommend Dr. McCann and the Generations Dental team highly and without hesitation.
I had been away from the dental chair for a number of years due to concerns with my previous provider and much of that fear and concern has been alleviated since coming here. Service is prompt, professional and top-notch from check-in to check-out and I appreciate it.

I went in for a cleaning and xrays, they did a great job. Afterwards there was a misunderstanding/ miscommunication about billing. They listened to my side of the story and where most businesses would've dug in their heels, Generations provided me with a great resolution to the situation. Great customer service, well run business. If and when I'm back in NH, I will go back to Generations for future dental care.

I've been coming to Generation's Dental for over 15 years. Everyone you meet is so fantastic! they are extremely comforting if you are afraid of the dentist. Massage chair to ease your anxiety! My daughter loves going to the dentist, she will only see (Emma R ). So many of my friends and family have switched to Generations with my recommendation and they could not be happier.
I believe in one stop care and I now get my Botox done by Dr. Mcann. She is amazing and I feel completely at ease now getting Botox. Superior Dental office!
