My name is June Barber. I highly recommend Smiles By The Sea for many reasons. Here are a few: 1) State of the art dental equipment. For example, I had x-rays done today and there was no knife-like pain poking my gums, not even a pinch. 2) All the people who work there are friendly and helpful. They care about your needs, answer your questions, explain what they are going to do so you won't be taken by surprise. Sue has been my hygienist for years. Today when I arrived at my appointment we began by catching up with grandchildren photos and stories. Our friendship is a welcome comfort when going to the dentist. 3) Dr. Shevchenko is excellent at her work as well as attentive to your fears and needs. Like most people, I don't like having work done in my mouth. But because of her expertise caring for the ailing teeth in my mouth, I have complete trust in her abilities.
