I will start by saying that I really liked the two dentists that evaluated me. The 1 star review is for the annoyance of them not being able to keep a hygienist and high turn over of staff showing me that there is an internal problem. It is so difficult to book appointments, even if you are an established customer, unless you are booking a procedure with cash flow to the office.
I waited a few months post my time for cleaning due to lack of staff only to be notified less than one week before my appointment with phone call stating appointment will need to be canceled due to no hygienist. They then stated when they hire someone they will call me to rebook.
I've decided to leave the practice. Plus, the two secretaries both have attitudes making the whole overall experience poor.

From my single experience here so far, my interaction with front office staff, the dental hygienist, and the dentist himself were all 5 star. From calling, setting up the appointment, and coming in for the appointment and getting the exam and cleaning - I had a smooth, positive experience overall and was satisfied with my care.
HOWEVER, I give 3 stars for the following reason: my husband and I were scheduled last week for new patient exams. When I went for my exam, the schedule allowed time for a cleaning so I was able to get everything completed on the same day. My husband's appointment would have been the following day and when I told him my experience, he asked if we could call and see if the same might be available for him. When we called, we also asked about cost of multiple visits (for separate appointments for an exam and cleaning) if the cleaning could not be done on the same day. The staff were immediately rude and resistant to look up/find the information asked regarding how billing worked for multiple visits and how this would effect our insurance benefits, when my husband shared his concern about waiting for a cleaning (as he was several months late due to changes in insurance), they said "we think it might be best if you got care somewhere else" and CANCELLED his appointment!
Now if you live in this area, you know dental options are limited and far between when additionally trying to work with in-network insurance options, additionally, during my appointment, the dentist made it quite clear they were doing well and had no lack of patients to care for there.
Please note: *I work in healthcare myself* When things are running smoothly, this office is great, however when something becomes a little difficult, they have obviously not been trained to assess the situation accordingly and appropriately respond.

Dr. Udeshi is great. Super nice, professional and honest. Feels nice to have a good dentist after many years of past dentists trying to just sell and drill as much as they can. His staff is great as well. Will certainly continue seeing him.

Surprisingly delightful.
Everyone i interacted with, from the receptionists, dental assistant and dentist were nice and real. As well as quick and efficient.
If i wasn't dirt poor this would certainly be my primary dentist.

Everyone I've seen at this practice has been incredibly kind and gentle and patient with me (and my receding gums and my extreme dental anxiety). I wish I'd found them 20 years ago. I think it would have saved me a lot of misery!
