Santavicca was very friendly and helpful. I needed to be seen on short-notice due to a very painful tooth. Turned out it was fractured and infected. I called a few other local places first before calling Santavicca, and those other places were somewhat rude and dismissive towards me. The front office staff was argumentative and unprofessional. For example, when I asked how much my appointment would cost out of pocket, they couldn't be bothered to find this information. Instead I got a sarcastic response. Overall, they made it clear that they don't want to be asked any questions, nor do they want my business.
