Super friendly, very knowledgeable, and wicked efficient. These folks are all professionals that know exactly what they're doing and they're always happy to see you. They want what's best for you, and won't even badger you about not flossing. Yeah if you're reading this, I know you don't floss, and you know you don't floss. And the professionals know you don't floss, so start flossing. 10/10 looking forward to going back!

Everyone was super nice and personable. I hadn't been to the dentist in years, so they all told me what they were doing, how they were going to do it and why they were doing it. I felt comfortable the entire time. Having the cute animal videos playing on the ceiling definitely helped. I'm really glad I made the decision to come in.

Switched to this dentist after a not-so-great experience else where. Had some work I needed done and the staff and Dr. Shetty fit me right now around my schedule. The work itself went well and they went above and beyond to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great dentist in the area!

I highly recommend Dental Designs of New England. They are extremely friendly, kind, and caring. They care about your comfort and make sure that you are well taken care of and not feeling any pain when you have a procedure. They also have TV's above your chair to keep your mind off of the procedure you are having and it really does make the time go faster.

Lured in with affordable pricing then the cost just jumped up $600. Not sure I've ever reviewed anything online before but incredibly disappointed with this dismal business practice.
I understand you may be unaccustomed to a negative review from someone who doesn't appear to have brain damage, but I assure you I have the mental capacity to keep straight in my head which business has done my family and I wrong. I was not your patient and intend never to be. However, I was there when my fiance purchased a flipper from you. At the time he was informed that now you have his impression it would be very easy for him to get a new one should it get lost or broken. For this service he was charged $150 although my grandmother had contacted your establishment numerous times, by phone and even letter to get it billed to her. And I was there a few weeks ago when he called about getting a replacement and was informed that not only had you lost his impression in your move, but the cost would now be $750. When he asked why the price had changed so drastically your representative stated "I guess we gave you a discount last time." Now I understand that $150 is a very good price for the work he had done, however I would expect a business to make it very clear when they are offering a 500% discount to a client. Furthermore if I was encouraging a client to return for a replacement I would make extremely sure they knew said replacement would cost 500% more. This is the dismal business practice to which I referred and the reason we will not return for further work or ever offer a recommendation for Dental Designs of New England, the office we have issue with, not some other office we have confused it for.

Always an excellent experience at this dental office! Rena is an all around fantastic hygienist, Dr Shetty is highly skilled, gentle, patient and friendly, the front desk staff including Kathy and Janelle are absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend this dental practice!!!!

I made my appointment a month or so in advance and was increasingly more anxious as it came closer. But there was no reason for it. When I arrived, the receptionist was so nice and so helpful. She saw I was nervous and talked with me to assure me everything would be ok. It was better than ok, my cleaning was thorough and painless and the doctor came to meet me to quickly introduce herself and discuss what I need to do. The hygienist was fantastic, friendly and so easy to talk to. She made sure I was comfortable and knew exactly what was happening. So far, a fantastic experience and an amazing group of people.

Unreal experience, very professional, clean, friendly & they make you feel comfortable. They offer head sets and TV's while you're laying down and music of your choice all while getting a cleaning. Also provided me with the most honest trustworthy advice as I was leaning towards joining Smile Direct Club instead of paying extra for Invisalign! They go above and beyond and I will absolutely be going back again!!! :)
