BEWARE 2 ALL I JUST LEARNED 4RM UNITED HEALTHCARE WHICH IS MY INS THAT THIS PROVIDER ISNT IN THEIR SYSTEM OF WHICH I WAS UNAWARE OF AT THE TIME CUZ THEY SAID THEY WERE IN NETWORK.. THEN UNBEKNOWNST 2 ME THEY SAID I HAD A DED & HAD 2 PAY 20% 4 MY CLEANING OF WHICH WAS TOTALLY FALSE AS MY INS PROVIDER TOLD ME N WHEN MY INS CONFRONTED THIS PROVIDER NOT ONLY DID THEY KEEP GETTING ME MIXED UP WIT SOME1 ELSE BUT THEY KEPT PASSING MY INS 4RM 1 PERSON 2 THE NXT..
I TGHT THEY WERE A GREAT PLACE BUT THANKS 2 UNITED HEALTHCARE IM NOW GONNA GET MY $ BACK IM ALSO SEEKING OTHER AVENUES 2 MAKE SURE THAT THIS PROVIDER DOESNT DO THIS 2 ANY1 ELSE CUX NOW IVE GOTTA APPEAL THIS..
