Dr. Shetty is amazing! She explains the different options for treatments and makes sure you understand everything involved from the procedures to cost. She is gentle yet thorough, continuously checking to make sure you’re doing ok. The hygienists and other clinics staff are great! They explain what they’re doing as they do it, make sure you’re comfortable and are personable and nice! I can’t say enough good things about Janelle and Kathy up at the front desk!! Always a smile on their face, and a happy genuine attitude.

Getting fillings are never a joy but at Dental Designs it is by painful at all. i am a whimp but with ointment they put in before the shot you can barely feel it. Everyone at Dental Designs are extremely friendly and accommodating. Almost comparable to going to the movies with the heated seats and the animal folly clips that you can enjoy during your procedure.

I had a great experience at Dental Design of New England for a routine cleaning. I was skeptical about going to the appointment with the COVID pandemic. Upon entering their office, it was clear Dr. Shetty and her staff took every precaution possible to keep their patients safe. Virtual waiting room, masks, shields, pre-screening, even a rinse before the cleaning began--they have it all! It was a tremendous relief.
