I don’t love the dentist but I felt secure and taken care of here at Advance Family Dentistry. Dr. Fernandez was very attentive to how I was feeling and was able to work fast. Thanks for good experience at the dentist! I’m happy to come back.

I have severe PTSD when it comes to dentistry from treatment I received that was a very traumatic experience decades ago. To this day since as I’ve moved around in life, I’ve always had to find a dentist and staff with very comforting bed side manner and able to tend with more observation and support. I actually do have dental insurance, Dr Fernandez does not take my coverage, but I won’t in a million years look up a plan provider not knowing who I’ll meet if it’s Dental care!!!. 13 years ago a coworker recommended Dr Fernandez saying what I described are needs, he felt strongly he had zero doubt I would be comfortable and care by Dr Fernandez an excellent fit. So yes I do pay out of pocket for their own practice discount plan to save some money on twice annual preventative care expenses. I will pay for dental care instead of my dental ins covering the costs to have peace of mind of quality, thorough, correctly performed care in my mouth, as well attending me as a person and all of care by a doctor is not just coded for teeth in a computer screen, but the entire experience at the practice is welcoming and pleasant and your entire well being as their patient, client, and a person is what you always receive. I do not have fear to see Dr Fernandez for my routine twice annual check up appts and no longer have to be medicated for those routine visits at tbis stage in life anymore . He is calming from his movements and voice, and gentle at his work carrying out oral examination, and has a smile on his face when you talk to him, listens, and takes the time to address any questions, concerns you have, discuss best practices for long term oral hygiene health… Advanced Family Dentistry, Dr Fernandez, and his staff are more than just accommodating, patient, friendly warm people who go out of their way for you…. They are…. because when you go to that office, you’re among family….

I have been going to Dr. Fernandez’ office for as long as I can remember. Him and his colleagues do exceptional work and never disappoint. The staff is always cordial and I always have the sense that they all truly care about me. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a very professional practice. 5/5!

Excellent customer service! They were able to fit me in a last minute. The dentist was amazing, I did not feel any pain throughout the entire procedure. Even days later it was minimal pain. Highly recommend this dentistry.

Great service and great care. Arrived early to my appointment and I was still taken in immediately. The staff was welcoming and very kind. Once in my room, I waited maybe two minutes before the first doctor came in to clean my teeth. She was accommodating and very easy to talk to (she even put on the Mets game for me and she was a Yankees fan!) Then Dr. Fernandez came in and he covered everything I wanted to discuss in regards to my teeth. He was very personable and made sure all had gone well with the previous doctor. I personally was nervous to come in because my front tooth was turning grey and I was concerned that I needed to get it pulled. But I was immediately reassured after he spoke to me and laid out all of the possible options. He was great! Definitely recommend!

Dr. Fernandez was extremely gentle and I felt no pain during my tooth extraction. He walked me through the entire thing and made me feel very comfortable during the whole procedure. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, and called me a day later to see how I was feeling. I am extremely happy with choosing this dental office.

This review is for Advanced Family Dentistry in Parsippany. I am so pleased with my recent visit. It was safe, friendly and quick. I had some overdue work done and the professionalism and friendliness was beyond my expectations. OF course I was nervous about going, but would return in a heart beat. I never thought I would be so happy to go the Dentist !! LOL, Highty recommend that if you need a dentist, You call them. It could not have been a better experience. Thanks to Jane, Dr. Fernandez and the entire staff. We are coming back strong because of people like you .

Receptionist Karen is awesome. Receptionist Jane is the sweetest. Amanda and Patty the hygienists are the most gentle and thorough!

Dr. Fernandez is the best dentist and I won't trust anyone but him with my dental needs! His office is emaculate too!
