I highly recommend them. I've been going to this dental practice for about 15 years. I always have a good experience during my visits. I like Dr. Gerhardt and the staff. They are professional, friendly, and the office is well-run. I love their hygienists because they always do a thorough cleaning. Also, I really like that they allot an hour for cleaning and exam so they are not rushing.

The whole staff is always friendly and attentive and I am always greeted with a smile. I have been coming here for more than 15 years and it is always a great experience. I have had a fillings, a root canal, braces and cleanings and it has always been a good experience, I have no complaints. Dr. Gerhardt, the hygienists and front desk personnel always answer my questions. I will continue coming to see Dr Gerhardt and his staff.

Top notch service from my first encounter to my last! Dr. Gerhart is one of a kind. He took time to understand my orthodontic needs and, while he could not ultimately provide the service I needed, he made sure I was cared for. He called another orthodontist who was more suited to my needs (from his own cellphone no less) and got me into see that doctor on the same day. Friendly staff! Great service! Honest interactions!

This is the most professional dental office I’ve ever been to. Dr G, Stacy, Dr Patel….I don’t know everyone’s name but they are always pleasant. I flew from California just to keep my appointments. I would show pictures but my smile is still “under construction.” I was a little nervous about my treatment plan. Dr Patel took the time to listen to my concerns and offer encouragement. There are really still awesome people in healthcare.

Jesse is an excellent dental hygienist. He was extremely patient with my 97 year old mother! Likewise, Dr. Evans was great with her too. Highly recommend this practice!

response to owner: You are missing the point. It is not that Agnus left, it is that there was NO returned call from the voicemails I left atround 1:30pm on 1/19/2023. I still havent received a call to reschedule, and it is 1/25/23
original post - I had an appt scheuled for 1/24/23 which I confirmed 1/18. i/19, I get a call saying agnus quit, and could I come in at 2pm. I said yes. I tried to complete the ppw online, but it wouldnt work. The last 2 times I went there, it took me 40-45 minutes, the email said to arrive 10 mins early, so I left my house at 1pm. However, the stars aligned and I for there in a bit over 20 minutes. I'm thinking this is good, since my drs have changed, my insurance and medications have changed, so there would be plenty of time to do the ppw there. However, the doors were locked. an ee unlocked the door and said they were in a staff meeting and I couldnt come in. The benches were dirty. so I didnt want to sit on them. And standing outside, my allergies kick up, and my eyes and nose started running, and I started coughing and sneezing. So, I figured, since the doors wouldnt open til 2pm and I had to do the ppw, and was feeling poorly, I would reschedule. So I called TWICE, to options 1 & 4, to please call me to reschedule. Here it is 1/24 and no response. I called TWICE today, to confirm that my original 2pm appt was either still good, or to reschedule. I called and left messages AGAIN with options 1 & 4, but no response. I made my insurance person jump though all sorts of hoops, to ensure my medicare advantage plan would be accepted there.
