If I could I would give this place a 0, because the staff is so rude to everyone. With the parents and teens even with small children. They would make me wait 1:30min after my appointment to finally see me. The orthodontist department is also bad. I came in supposedly every moth, sometimes they wouldn’t even make a appointment for a month but they would still charge my insurance for it. The worst service ever. After my two years my teeth wouldn’t fixed and the orthodontist didn’t want to give more time of service, they have all the worst attitude. Not recommend.

It's a fraud place watch out everyone Dr. Maureen Fraser is the Worse doctor and worse Staff ever. I don't have one good thing to say about them. Save yourself some pain and find another doctor. I took my kids for braces consultation, which I was told By Martha on the phone It’s FREE, but they charge my insurance for something called records and NO X-ray was taking for my kids so I don't understand how could they charge the insurance they are fraud. I spoke to Jennifer from billing she was rude and told me they are not refunding the money to deal with the insurance and then she hang up the phone, this place is a scam and very filthily place. I contacted my insurance and the health department.
These people should not even have a medical practice.

This is the worst place to EVER go to! The staff is so rude, the doctor I saw was the blonde woman. She didn’t even try to understand my problem and made faces when she looked at my teeth. She prescribed me with antibiotics and I told her I have major side effects, but she got annoyed gave me the prescription and said you will be fine. After taking the medicine she gave me, I felt like I was having a heart attack. I have called them 3 times today and each time the front desk lady gives me a different answer due to which I can’t talk to the dentist. This is literally the worst place to go to! All of the other negative reviews do justice to this place. If you’re in need of a dentist, I’m sure you can find another place to go to!

Let me say that this place should not be in business, I don’t know why the city has not closed it. Not only the staff but the doctor are nasty to you and your child!! My son Braces came apart and he swallowed a piece of it. I called them and advise them of what happened do you think they told me to come in they said just keep your regular check up appointment I’m telling you the braces are coming off! And he swallowed a piece of it and are you could say is come back on his regular schedule check up🤬😡🤬😡🤬😡🤬 Beyond disgusted with the staff and the conditions of this facility. You have to give it a star in order to leave a comment my star is -0! Hopefully something is done and this place is shut down!!!

The one star is already too much of a rating. I know what service is and this is definitely not it. Receptionists/employees do not care at all about patients. They act as if helping patients is them going out of their way. It is their JOB. And frankly if they cannot do that, they should be fired. When I approached the receptionists desk to ask a question, they looked and continued their conversation. Yes, because the talk about your personal lives is much more important than what you're getting paid to do. The only half-assed nice comment is when you're going into a room and the person walking you there says "hi, how are you?" Also, I waited an hour to be seen. I understand maybe they could be low on staff one day or it was busy, but when it happens every visit it just becomes an active choice. When I was finally put into a room, the doctor did not greet me; wasn't friendly in the slightest way. Aside from her rudeness, the service she performed was poor. She doesn't talk to you about problems you may have, she doesn't inform you of how to prevent any further damage, etc. You're put into a room, given horrible service and they take your money. There is mold on the ceilings and broken tiles on the floor. The fact that there is not one single good review on this page and they STILL do not improve just shows their lack of professionalism and care. Poor staff and poor building. Save yourself the money and that hour wait. Would not recommend.

Worst doctor ever and long wait won't see you for what your therefore and staff is rude and dirty looking office and bathroom. They need to make off more clean . The doctor needs a update of her self too a better one.

I say Dr. Fraser a few years back and had a pleasant experience. My daughter saw her 2 months ago and was treated very well. And they were very gentle, thorough and understanding to the pain she was having. If I need to get her seenseem right a away. They always find a way to get her in asap as an emergency patient. We have never received this kind of great treatment from many other places. I would highly recommend her services...

This place is a HORRIBLE place to ever go too!!! The staff ladies are so very unprofessional and they will let you stand there for 15 or 20 minutes before they will even acknowledge you, because well their conversations with their co workers are so much more important!!! They speak to you very nasty especially when you call to make an appt and KEEP you on hold forever!!! When you go there to see the dentist don't expect to be out within an hour. Make sure you take the day off from work, because you will be there half of the day with how they run their system there!!!! I'm so glad I changed from this place and I may have to travel further now, but I don't have to deal with those IGNORANT people anymore!!!!!
