It has been way too many years since I darkened the door of a dentist's office, and I'm certainly no poster boy for dental health. After putting it off and putting it off, I finally found the courage to call and make an appointment and went in today.

Fearing the worst, my heart was definitely beating fast as my name was called and I was led to an exam room for X-rays of my teeth. Needless to say, the last time I was in a dentist's chair was when they took X-rays with film...yeah, it's been that long. So I was astonished at not only the instantaneous results but also the fact that my teeth were not the horror show I had pictured in my mind. There's plenty of plaque and tartar buildup, but no cavities or need for an immediate root canal or extractions of rotted teeth or anything like that.

Kathy (I think), my hygienist, assuaged my fears and took the time to show me what was in need of correcting and explained everything before Dr. Kim, the dentist, arrived and reviewed the X-rays and took a look-see into my mouth. Apparently I grind my teeth in my sleep (even though I don't have TMJ-like symptoms), so I'll be getting a mouth guard soon, and will be back in a few weeks so they can sandblast my teeth (haha) and get my smile back to something I'll be proud to show off, rather than hide when cameras are near.

Front desk staff and billing folks were frequent and transparent with communication, with the text and phone reminder calls and a thorough explanation of fees for service (thankfully my insurance covers a nice chunk of everything). Seidner, thanks for making what is often an unpleasant experience actually pleasant!

I have been a patient at this practice for over 30 years, but my long time dentist is trying to retire, so I need to establish a relationship with another doctor in this reactive. I am admittedly a dental patient “baby”, and when I made myself clear about my fears, both the Hygenist and Dentist were sure to check on my comfort every step of the way. I would never think of going anywhere else for a dental procedure.

I have always loved Seidner Dentistry, so much so that I switched my insurance this year so that I could be back in their network. But these past few days have really been hallmark of why Seidner Dentistry is truly one of a kind. I had 4 wisdom teeth removed by an oral surgeon I had found through my insurance (not referred by Seidner). By day 4, I knew something was wrong. After several calls and a follow-up visit to my oral surgeon, I was told that everything was fine and that the excruciating pain I was experiencing was normal. On day 8, I finally put a call out to Seidner because I was desperate. I spoke with Laurie on the phone, and she made me feel so at ease and was so incredibly kind. When I came in later that evening, Dr. Sharbash took a look and diagnosed me with dry socket. She put a packing treatment in and within an hour, I felt like myself again. I was able to sleep that night and go to bed without any pain meds. The following morning, Dr. Cara Seidner did a second round of the packing treatment and again, was incredibly kind and compassionate. In the past, I have had several painless fillings done by Dr. Kim, and my 4 year old daughter loves going to Seidner for cleanings. I cannot express how welcoming and sweet everyone at Seidner Dentistry is, from all of the reception staff, I only remember Kevin and Laurie by name, to the hygienists and dentists. Thank you so much for finding and treating the root of my pain. You guys are awesome.

Hands down Seidner Dentistry & Associates is the best dentist office and staff I have ever been around. I was very comfortable and impressed with their service. I highly recommend scheduling an appointment with them to experience it yourself!

Seidner Dentistry has the most amazing customer service I've ever experienced, and that includes everyone, from the folks at the desk, to the dental assistants and hygienists, to the doctors. In particular, I've been going to Dr. Kim for years. He has exceptional skill, and his bedside manner is extraordinary. As crazy as it sounds, I love going to the dentist! There aren't enough positive words to describe my experience at Seidner Dentistry & Associates. From my initial call with Mindy (my new best friend) to my emergency visit the following day everything was handled so professionally. First, let me tell you about Mindy. She made me feel so comforted and relaxed after speaking with her. She listened to me go on and on about how fearful I was of the dentist and she just listened and calmed my fears reassuring me at least a thousand times that I would be fine and they would take care of me. Then I met Dr. Hyson and Amanda who could not have been any kinder if I wanted them to be. They knew I was scared and just spoke calmly to me and explained step by step everything they were doing. If I so much as flinched (me being dramatic 100% of the time) they would stop and ask me if I was okay. They made sure I was as relaxed as I could be at all times and this was so comforting to me. Once my procedure was over they carefully explained next steps and made sure I did not need anything before I left. I can honestly say that not only did I get the best care ever, I honestly feel like I found three new friends that day. Mindy, Dr. Hyson and Amanda.....thank you from the bottom of my heart. I wasn't kidding when I said I was a coward and you all catered to me with grace and kindness. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

My entire family has been coming to Seidner Dentistry for over 9 years and we can recommend them to everyone. From cleanings, braces, whitening with zoom to fillings they do great work. Everyone is so nice from the receptionist to the doctors. The office is beautiful and always decorated for every season. They have a kids waiting room with video games and toys. For the parents waiting room a coffee bar and desk top computer to use. Probably one of the nicest things is complimentary umbrellas incase its raining when you leave. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

I was welcomed to their beautiful office by their friendly receptionist. It happened to be Halloween and everyone was in a festive mood and dressed for the occasion. I had already filled out my patient information online but it looked like there were iPads to use if you were not able to complete them in advance of your visit. I was about 5 minutes late and they did not make me worry at all for my tardiness. The dental hygienist, Mary, came and introduced herself to me and took me back to the exam room. We started with several x-rays, which she explained accordingly. Throughout the entire appointment we had pleasant conversation but it never felt awkward as she would wait to ask a question when she knew I would be able to respond (read: her hands weren’t in my mouth). Mary also took the time to answer all of my questions. Dr. Cara Seidner came in and did my exam; she was expedient and friendly, asking if I had any questions or concerns. I was able to make my 6 month appointment right in the exam room and received my goody bag of dental supplies. Mary walked me out to reception at which point I received another goody bag, being that I was a first time patient. From start to finish, I felt welcomed, comfortable, and taken care of. I have been a patient there for a few years now and I have never been let down. From the doctors to the assistants and the front desk, everyone is always so happy and helpful. I am a very nervous patient and I am always comforted when I go there. I am a very nervous patient and They have made my experience with the dentist so pleasant.

My visit to Seidner Dentistry was in incredible experience. I needed a Dental clearance for an upcoming medical procedure. My whole life I have had a phobia for anything to do with a Dentist. My wife has had the wonderful experience in the past of dealing with Seidner Dentistry and set up an appointment for me. From Tuesday January 23rd through the following Monday I had a tooth pulled, another tooth prepared for a crown, deep cleaning and scaling of all four quadrants. I was able to manage this through their compassion, professionalism and yes lots of Novocaine and Nitrous Oxide. You have a new patient. The modern office and pleasant personalities makes them Number One in my book.
