As an anxious patient, they recommended conscious sedation, which I tried. The provided medication (5mg valuim for the night before and 0.5mg triazolam for the the day of, neither of which they told me the medicine name or dosage: I had to look that up on my own) did absolutely nothing for me. After being forced to wait in the waiting room and fill out paperwork I already had on file (I was in the office 7/12/2020 for a cleaning), they brought me back and did nothing to calm my rising panic attack. They tried to convince me that they had always been planning on giving me more medication at the office, something that had never been discussed prior to this. When I rejected that idea (BECAUSE I HAD NEVER BEEN AWARE OF IT AND DID NOT KNOW WHAT MEDICATION THEY WOULD BE PUTTING IN MY BODY) they said they were unable to further support me, and that I should do IV sedation (a bigger phobia of mine) without offering suggestioned offices to look into. They had also forced me to pay ahead of time, and issued my "refund" before I could explain that card had been inactivated, so now I cannot get my money back. Do not go to Seidner dentistry for any services. They do not care about patients, only your money.

I'm probably one of Dr. Bruce Seidners original patients, spanning a time period of over 20 years... He started in the original 447 building in Randolph New Jersey coming up from Florida. He had his original staff, and I was impressed with how above and beyond his past and present staff go the "extra mile" with his patients. April goes above and beyond in the billing department as well as handling patients needs. In over 20 years they are in their third medical arts building.

They seriously bilked me for a filling like a decade ago. I got one simple filling on the top of the molar and the bill was like $1300. They also listed my dad for billing even though I was DEFINITELY an adult. Um, seriously thats a borderline HIPAA violation.
Meanwhile today [in New York City at a different dentist] I got 8 yes eight fillings, same enamel quality, for $1000 out of pocket.
I know it was a long time ago, but I don't forget these things. Especially when i was a poor college student at the time.
