I saw Dr. Laura Sharbash and she was PHENOMENAL! I have never had a dentist take the time to fully explain things and give me options as well as Dr. Sharbash did. She is great, friendly, personable, and talked me through what she was doing to help ease my anxiety. Absolutely the best dental experience I have ever had with her. Her assistant's name was Dawn, I think. I am terrible with remembering names so I apologize if this is inaccurate. But her assistant was wonderful as well and very friendly! I wish I could give a 100 star rating! Thank you!!!

I really wanted to like this place. The people were nice and the place itself is very nice. However, from day one (June through current) billing was an absolute nightmare. Never ever trust this office with their billing no matter how many times they nicely tell you that everything is fine. Always check with your insurance.

I went for a consultation to plan out what work I needed to have. Luckily I was given a document of the plans including the price and estimated price after insurance. After the first visit, I was given the bill. I was able to go home without paying and look into the bill. It was a couple dollars off from what my prep lab document showed so I decided to go on my insurance and noticed they double charged my insurance. Had I not looked into this I would have paid double my cost and had less work done based on my insurances allowable amount. I called and spoke to the front lady. They were able to see their mistake and told me it’s ok their system is fixed and they corrected the amount I owe. However, it was not fixed with my insurance. Later I received another bill for over $1,000. I called and was told it’s ok our system shows the correct amount owed. I said ok no problem. Then I received ANOTHER bill of over $1,000 showing it is now 60 days that I owe this bill. I call again and was told that I actually do not owe that. The date after that bill was sent the insurance paid and I was actually owed $506. So I thought, ok maybe the insurance was finally fixed and it was money owed since I am told by their office that insurance paid and my account is in the negative. So they refunded me that money. I thought the billing nightmare was over and I never had to deal with this office again until two months later. I received ANOTHER bill for about $1600 and it says it’s been 120 days. I called and explained what has happened. The lady said she would call the insurance. When she got back to me, she explain that the insurance overpaid them and that Kevin was not suppose to refund me the $506. They also finally had the insurance reprocess visits from months prior which obviously wouldn’t have happened if I did not call. So now after insurance reprocesses everything I owe the office $813 because they weren’t suppose to give me the $506 that Kevin said I was owed.
The people were nice through this issue but it has been their mistakes again and again that have created this billing nightmare from my first day there.

So though the place appears nice, always check your billing and your insurance. I am confident they have overcharged people and their insurance, especially if you’re the type to trust the office and not check your insurance. Do not trust this office to do the billing for you because they have a failed system. After the fact, I found out the person who referred me to this office left for the same a exact issue.

I understand your apology and kindness. However, that does not help or fix this financial hole that your mistakes and "learning your new system" have put myself and my family in during this time of Covid where finances are tough.

I have extreme anxiety about visiting the dentist and feel embarrassed about my fear and lack of good dental care because of terrifying experiences as a child. I had an urgent need today, and Dr. Sharbash and Ray took excellent care of me. They were patient, kind, compassionate, and professional, as was everyone else I encountered from the moment I walked in the door. I believe they have given me the courage to visit voluntarily in the future!

My hygienist was awesome! She actually was able to remove bonding from my teeth that had been there since I had braces many years ago. It was discolored and I did not like it. She was the first person to really address it and I'm so happy and grateful she did.

Switched from another dentist about two years ago and will never go anywhere else. The staff throughout the whole office is amazing and upbeat. Everyone knows what they are talking about. Dr. Kim was great with doing my fillings. They were quick, and pain free. This office made me get over my fear of the dentist!

Great cleanings but the best one there works two days a week 10-2. Friendly. Both crowns there ended bad and sent me to specialists for a second root canal. and then lost both molars by surgical procedure. Lots of money in the end. Recently overbooked me with my family member. One Of us had to reschedule.

Everyone is very friendly. The environment is very peaceful especially for someone who has always been afraid of the dentist, this is the one to go to. Great to bring kids, they have a lot of things to entertain them, such as toys and video games.

Great dentist practice with extremely friendly staff from the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out. The dentist was extremely helpful and spent a significant amount of time with me answering all of my questions. Would recommend to everyone!

Seidner Dentisty is amazing. From the time you walk into the reception area, where you are somehow greeted by name (regardless if you've ever met the individual at the front desk) until the time you leave, you feel so comfortable. After 30+ years of having my previous dentist beg me to get braces to fix my teeth to no avail, I agreed to do so after speaking with my wonderful dental hygenist Julia, Dr. Sharbash and Dr. Seidner. Now that I'm going through the process, I deal predominantly with Dr. Seidner's dental assistant Dawn...she is totally awesome. She is fantastic on so many levels...I feel like I'm visiting a good friend when I go to have my braces adjusted. She makes me look forward to my appointments, listens to my gripes about the hardware in my mouth...she makes me laugh as well as makes me feel confident that going through this experience will be well worth it. Both Dawn and Dr. Seidner take the time to make modifications so that my braces bother me as little as possible. I have never seen this kind of customer service anywhere! I want to know the secret on how to get every single person in the office to be so happy and accommodating...it's not like that where I work, nor anywhere I've worked previously.
