Today I switched to a new dental office. I have to admit , I was a bit nervous but I was glad I made the switch. Everyone in the office was friendly and helpful. I loved that I was able to complete all my transfer paperwork online, truly efficient. My hygienist specialist was Lisa assisted by Paige and they both were amazing. DR. LOGAN BEHRMANN was friendly and explained everything so well. White Sands Family Dental was clean, efficient, thorough, helpful, and friendly. I would highly recommend them.

I am absolutely blown away from just my first appointment with White Sands Family Dental! Everyone was super nice and explained everything as they proceeded. I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to the dentist, but I actually calmed down and felt comfortable enough to ask questions. It really feels like they care! I've had a partial bridge (partial denture) for 11 years and it hasn't fit correctly for over 9 of those years. They immediately were making AFFORDABLE plans WITH ME to fix my discomfort, and all it took was this wonderful (Lisa and Dr. Behrmann and everyone were just wonderful) dentist to ask questions and actually hear me for me to have hope for my general quality of life. I am so blown away and just super happy I've switched to them. I'm actually excited to go to the dentist.

Told me they don't do emergency dental care. Buy yet I see reviews about people going there for emergency and the website has a section about it also... tried to set up appointments for mu family and was told they only take my insurance if your under 20. So I got refused ok that's fine. But why refuse my kids who are 7 and 11. I guess I just don't get the same treatment as the other people who commented on here so sad
Update: maybe train your people better. Your reply is not at all what happened. I got hung up on when she told me she would ask her manager. Please just admit to a mess up don't lie to try and make your business look good. Honesty will get you further in life.

Friendly staff in back and a great experience! Dr Behrmann was great as always. The problem is with the front counter. Very unprofessional and shows no concern if there is a problem. Calls day before appointment to tell me hygienist no longer worked there and had to make another appointment. Crown that was put in there came out and had to wait a week to get an appointment to have it re-installed. Dr Behrmann was not made aware that my crown came off. After these two issues I will go elsewhere and cancel my next appointment. Not doctors fault at all, lousy help.

I've only been to White Sands Dental for two appointments. Each visit was great. Front desk staff very nice and helpful. Dr. Elliss is very informative explaining every detail of treatment. He surely knows what he's doing. I appreciate him. He's incredible😊

Everyone was very kind and very professional. I will definitely be a returning patient. The office is clean and everyone is so helpful. The Dental Hygienist was very gentle and did an amazing job cleaning my teeth. The Dr. also kind, gentle and willing to take the time to. listen to me and also answer all my questions. I would definitely recommend this Dentist and medical staff as professional, experienced and willing to do what is best for their patients.
