I was in dire need of an extraction as my mouth and gums were extremely sore after three weeks. It didn’t take long and the dentist took his time to explain things to me and made sure I was comfortable with my decision. Staff were very nice and patient with me. The paperwork wasn’t overwhelming either. As a patient I felt listened too and my concerns were valued.

This is the worst place ever!!! The only reason it's getting a star is because I have to so it's posts. Waited over 2-1/2 hours for a cleaning without being seen by a dentist. My appt was at 10. All the people who came in after me were being taken care while I waited. So by 12;00 I left. Don't go there if you have something else to do that day

My mom had recently went there for a cavity fixing and she came back with bruising around her mouth. She described the dentist as a african man. This is unacceptable, I thought she got hit because the brusing is so severe.

I had a cleaning, an extraction, and two separate filling appointments at the Alamogordo location. I never waited in the lobby more than 10 minutes, everyone was super kind and efficient, and they accepted my Medicaid. Clean building, nice people, quick service. I really could not have asked for a better experience each time. 10/10 would recommend.

If I could give zero stars I would. This place is horrible. The manager is rude and apparently it's out of her way to fax a release form to my doctor that the dentist requires so I can get dental work done. She told me that is not her job. Definitely rethink forever smiles. 😡

I had made an appointment at this place for a cleaning and Dental pain due to I’m pretty sure a cavity.

The doctor was too aggressive and my mouth hurt a lot after! And she told me I didn’t have no cavities that I have to use Sensodyne and I did and it still made my teeth hurt a lot. it’s been months now and my teeth hurt even more especially when I eat even one little bit of sugar or drink it, it hurts my teeth!

The assistant was very friendly! But will not be coming back here! I just went to an a different dentist and was told I have a few really bad cavities!!! And that’s how I know my concerns were not taken seriously especially when I mentioned it to them several times that those teeth hurt!!

Very friendly staff. The dr is a little hard to communicate with but his assistant Jared is great at translating! Also Ami & Mariah are the sweetest gals on earth. Heaven sent.

Ami is the manger and she is HORRIBLE!! She couldn’t schedule me for the proper appointment and had a disgusting attitude , the place is very dirty and not sanitary . The doctor was nice and tried his Best but the assistant jarred had no idea what he was doing … don’t recommend … kids kare is better by far !!!

We are new to Alamogordo and have checked out other dentists while on a search for the right orthodontist for our kids. We found smiles forever randomly because they were open more than other dentists. We have since had cleanings and the dentist recently extracted two of my son's teeth beginning his ortho treatment with Alamo orthodontics. She was very thorough in her treatment, numbing his teeth with gel then injections that she was gentle with. I appreciated that because I had previously told her at a consultation that my son had needle phobia. She repeatedly asked my son how he was doing and to raise his hand If he felt anything. He did raise his hand and she gave him another numbing shot. The process was all good in my book. The teeth came out perfectly with the big roots in tact and he hasn't had any problems in 3 days. I think if you are open and discuss concerns the Dr will handle them. I am a review reader when I am new to a place, so I have read the reviews here. I can say I do think everyone can always learn and grow in introductions and communication, but I was open so the Dr. was open. The rest of the staff are also very kind and thorough in all of their jobs. I think Smiles Forever Alamogordo is a great place for my families dental needs.

Two months ago I went to get a filling. It was the most horrible experience I have ever had. So it took me two months to go back. But this time Dr. O was super awesome he let me know what he was doing before he did it. His assistant was also helpful. My appointment was at 9am and I got out at 9:20. Quick and thorough and very friendly.
