ABQ Dentistry and Wellness

Dr Giron and her team are excellent. They made me feel very comfortable, and they are so kind. Her office is beautiful and the chairs are so comfortable! Her dental hygienist took the time to explain things to me that I had never known, even being 38 and a nurse. She was so patient and thorough and kind, I felt like a loving family member was taking care of me!

I like this practice (as much as anyone can like going to the dentist… sorry dentists, but u must know this is true). Everyone is knowledgeable and takes the time to communicate clearly. Appointments are on time and staff are friendly and polite. And the office is newly refurbished and redecorated, very lovely and comfortable. It took me a few visits to decide, but now I would gladly recommend this practice🙂

I am so grateful for everyone here, from Dr. Jiron to the friendly front desk staff. My experiences have consistently been nothing but pleasant. I want to give a special shout-out to their hygienist, Dee though. Never have I had a dentist who has provided the continuity of care (I always see Dee) and the level of comfort that I get here. She has an extremely relaxing presence and demonstrates in so many ways that she cares both about my health and comfort. Previous hygienists (at other practices) left me wanting to lay in bed from pain after cleanings. Not the case here, not even close. And yet, I have had no new cavities in the year and a half since I started going here, and my plaque levels are better than ever. A sincere thank you to all of you.

Dr Giron and my hygienist, Natasha, were both very thorough in addressing my concerns about various things going on with my teeth. They took the time to take photos, so we could look at my mouth together, and explained what was going on and how we can maintain my oral health. They didn't rush and I am grateful for their time and attention!

I was referred to Dr. Giron by the Dental Hygiene Clinic at UNM, where I have been receiving my dental hygiene work for many years. I had asked my dental hygienist if she knew of any bio-dentist in the Albuquerque area. She inquired about this with her supervisor and I was happy to receive the information about Dr. Giron.
I called the ABQ Dentistry and Wellness office; Celeste answered the phone. I inquired about the possibility of becoming a new patient with Dr. Giron. Celeste was very encouraging. She gave me helpful information and graciously worked with me to find an available appointment time to make my first visit. Having Celeste’s goodwill and professional expertise was a wonderful introduction to Dr. Giron’s practice!
When I arrived for my first consultation, I was warmly greeted by the woman at the reception desk, and was promptly met with Alicia who got me oriented with some questions about my dental needs and then took a series of images of my teeth. Alicia seemed very skillful in managing the image taking and she simultaneously kindly supported me by positioning me so that I could see the images on the screen while she was working. This was extremely helpful to me as I had never had this procedure done before and I was amazed at what I was seeing in my own mouth!!!
I was very impressed by Dr. Giron’s professional support staff.
Then Dr. GIron arrived. I appreciated her sharing her goals and perspectives in her practice of bio-dentistry. She gave me a thorough exam, discovering issues that my prior dentist had not addressed, or perhaps had not noticed.
I felt that it had been a great initial consultation meeting and I look forward to exploring the treatment plan that will develop with Dr. GIron.

I love going to my dentist. Dee is a wonderful hygienist and the office feels more like a day spa than a dentist. My whole family has been going there for many years.

I had anxiety about dentists, but ABQ Dentistry and Wellness changed that. Dr. Giron and her staff have been wonderful! From the ladies at the front desk, to the hygienists like Natasha, to the doctor herself are always professional, kind, and considerate to my needs each time I come in. It's a clean and organized environment. I'm so glad I reached out to make my initial appointment.

Absolutely the best. Dr. Ciron is an artist. Meticulous attention to detail, fast, and efficient. Everyone in the office is top notch and very friendly. Cleanings are a pleasure and Dee is awesome.
