If the USS Enterprise had a dentist office, ABQ Dentists (formerly Your Dental) would be it! I've been a patient of Dr. Reachi's and Dr. Scott's for about five years and have not had a. single. bad. experience. Not one. Not even an "I can tell it's a slightly off day at the office" experience.

There's a high degree of competence, efficiency and professionalism that consistently permeates all levels of their provided care and practices. The integrity is phenomenal. Everything from the attentive, well-written patient correspondence/instructions to the cleanliness/beauty of the offices (both in Albuquerque and in Tijeras) to the inimitable expertise and thoughtful care given out by staff, hygienists and, of course, the good Docs themselves, is outstanding. They've even raised the bar yet again with their handling of the COVID-19 threat.

All this adds up to trust. I never have to second-guess their recommendations or advice. There's no reading-between-the-lines expecting to be exploited or taken advantage of. There's no being treated like a billable piece of meat or hurried along as if on a conveyor belt. Everyone engages and appreciates you as a fellow human being; genuinely and with care. It is novel and unique in my experience with not only other dental practices but in the medical profession as a whole.

All they need is a wet bar in the waiting room and to jam some Slayer now and then (y'know, to cover the sound of the drills... help folks relax a little ;-) ).

I received a filling from Dr. Anne Scott, D.D.S. today, at the Tijeras location. Dr. Scott and her staff were great at welcoming me, making me feel comfortable and answering all of my questions. After years of trying different dentists, I'm so happy to finally find one that works best for me and my family! I love the convenience of Saturday appointments!
