Best experience at a dentist office I’ve had so far! I will certainly be a returning client and I would definitely recommend this dentist office!

When I was younger; I had a bad experience getting a tooth filling, and since then, I’ve been nervous about getting anything done with my teeth. I went to ABQ Gentle Dentistry because they were in my insurance providers network and I can genuinely say, post op, I’m glad I chose this place. The staff is always welcoming and knowledgeable. And when it came to getting cavities taken care of and teeth filled, Dan, the dentist went above and beyond to get the job done. Best experience at a dentist office I’ve had so far! I will certainly be a returning client and I would definitely recommend this dentist office!

I love this office. The minute I walked in the door, it felt right. Everyone at the front desk, was very professional and friendly. Harriet and Harley made us feel very welcome. The assistant is a doll. Very friendly and kind. I can’t say enough about my hygienist, Nate. It was the best cleaning I’ve ever had. I come from a dental background, my father was a dentist and my husband is a retired dentist so I know what to expect, but I think this office goes above and beyond to make your experience pleasant. Everything about this office is outstanding. I really like that they’re concerned with your dental health, not how much treatment they’ll be able to generate from you. I was so impressed with the staff, I almost forgot about the dentist. I was equally impressed with her, Dr Z. I’m usually a little nervous when the dentist comes in the room but not this time. No nerves at all. I highly recommend this practice.

Gentle Dentistry is phenomenal! I used to dread going to the dentist, I was anxious before each appointment and wondered do I really need to do this? I found Gentle Dentistry right here on Google and from the first visit my fears and anxiety are gone. The staff is wonderful. They are concerned with providing comfortable and complete dental care. They are patient and take the time to explain procedures completely and answer all your questions. My regular hygienist is Kathy and she is amazing and takes such care. Dr. Lafferty is top notch and so concerned with providing the right care for the patient.

You are priority for from the moment you make an appointment through your routine cleanings and procedures.

From my first call to check out, the front office staff were respectful, professional, courteous, and just happy to be at work.
Fast forward to the exam and we are still on cloud nine from all the comfort they have offered. The tech was so kind and attentive. She took the time to hear out my issues and get in depth scans and photos.
Dr. Lafferty introduced himself while his wife took my 10 month old for a walk around the office. It was like walking into your families home and them welcoming you warmly.
He then conducted the most thorough exam and treatment plan I've ever had. He didn't rush, he didn't dismiss my concerns, he made me feel heard, calm, and informed.
I can't say enough great things about this spectacular office and their staff. I'm so happy to have been referred.

This has honestly been the best experience at a dentist office I’ve had so far! Story time… I went to a previous dentist during that week and they messed up on my tooth and put a silver filling on. I found out after they had finished the filling. I was so upset. I call ABQ Gentle Dentistry and they were able to fit me in ASAP and fixed the silver filling with a white one. The staff made me feel welcome from the first phone call (good vibes) to the very end. The dentist took pictures showing me my tooth and explained which approach he took with my tooth, which I appreciated so much. The dentist and the dental assistant made the experience pleasant. I definitely recommend this place to anyone! I will certainly be a returning client ❤️ And Will tell everyone I know to go here.

Based on 2 visits (cleaning and crown replacement), I had an exceptional experience. The staff was cheerfully gracious and competent, the assistants skilled and considerate. The procedure was necessarily long and involved but Dr. Lafferty proved to be exemplary in all the steps - from numbing, to prep, to fabrication (on site), to placement. Alternatives were offered and post-procedure expectations were explained. He had a fine professional demeanor - solid yet easy-going. The results for me are excellent and the whole experience was essentially painless.

We recommend this office to all of our friends and family. From the first contact, to every single visit, we have been treated so well! It’s easy to schedule appointments, the prices are very reasonable, and they really are gentle! They do the little extra things to make sure you’re comfortable. Both Dr. Lafferty & Dr. Zarrasola, and the entire staff genuinely care about their patients. This is a rare gem especially if going to the dentist is not your favorite thing to do. You will definitely be happy with your choice.
Plus they had a little cactus pillow that actually made the dental chair comfortable!

My experience is always so calming and everyone is extremely welcoming. They are nice the moment you walk in the suite and always have a positive attitude. Clarissa and Dr. Lafferty are awesome, really everyone there is. I am a pretty new patient with a few appointments in and I feel like I've been here for years. My questions are always addressed and Dr. Lafferty makes me feel so much better about my smile. I'm glad I chose to come to ABQ gentle dentistry!!

I had a wonderful first appointment at ABQ Gentle Dentistry. They were prompt, incredibly friendly, and accommodating. I feel like they went above and beyond to work with my schedule, and the quality of work was exceptional. I have seen a lot of dentists for procedures, and this was one of my top experiences.
