I would like to see front staff willing to fax scripts in. I remembered to ask last time, & they did it, but didn't seem happy to do so. This time, I was in so much high level pain ( broken tooth for 10 months, w heart disease) that I didn't even realize I'd been given the script & put it in the car pocket w the referral to Endontics not realizing it until next day. Fortunately,
they did remember the referral. Medicaid doesn't pay for an4256y molar root canal, .only ones in front that show 🙄. Guess they don't believe we need molars to chew with. We who are on Medicaid have to either have our teeth pulled or borrow $ to pay for our treatment. I paid into the systems for years be- fore I became disabled, but so many of our benefits have been given away to others. If I had no insurance, I could get help at UNM, but they said I would be committ- ing fraud, because I have insurance even though Medicaid doesn't cover the Endontic treatment I need! 🤔 which is $1,425-$1,746. You can actually buy a used car for that! We are making them rich! 😝

Dr. Reddy is so kind and he has super high skills! I always receive great treatment from him. He always lesson my issues and he explains how he is going to treat for them. And also staff are very hard worker too. I think Apex Dental is the best dentist in New Mexico!!

I was in serious need of a new dentist, so when I called, I was pleased that they took my insurance and they had appointments available within the same week.
Dr. Reddy is amazing and compassionate, he always asks if your okay during any procedures or treatment. He makes a custom treatment plan and is very thorough.
The staff also helped watch my baby while I was in the chair which I greatly appreciated! If you are in need of a dentist I highly recommend Apex Dental!

Great service. I had a very bad cavity that had to be pulled ASAP! Apex came up on my browser and within a 15 minute call I had a same-day appointment and got it removed. The woman at the front desk was amazing and I'm grateful for your kindness and patience.🤘🤘

I took my daughter here for a possible root canal that resulted in being a deep filling, and was impressed with the doctors patience and compassion he had for my daughter who is 10 & was extremely scared. He took his time and talked to her and myself throughout the whole procedure making sure we were both being informed on what was going on. Thank you Apex for making my daughters experience a great one! I’m 100% satisfied with you, Y’all ROCK!!!

I am the patient mentioned in a review by Mr. Todd Marsh below. I am disappointed that someone who was not a patient would write a terrible review without first hand experience. Yes, my eye would not shut but it was not due to an overabundance of novacaine; sometimes the placement of the injection is close to a nerve and the is no way to tell exactly where the nerve is. Furthermore, I had no issues with my eye once the numbing agent wore off. As far as the other patient mentioned in his review, I do not believe there was anything else that could have been done to help. The patient was treated in exactly the way I would expect.
Regarding my experience, I have some serious anxiety when it comes to dental work but I was in so much pain I knew I had to have my wisdom teeth removed as soon as possible. I called on Thursday, had an appointment Friday morning, and was home by noon. First, the extraction was painless and Dr. Reddy was careful not to damage the adjacent tooth which had a large cavity. Second, the price was much lower (by a lot) then the quote I received a couple years ago from another dentist. I literally took two Advil a few times over the following day and a half and was good-to-go. I plan to return to have more work done and highly recommend Apex Dental for general dentistry and major dental work.

Apex was there for me on a Saturday when I guess really needed them. All the way from the ladies who were answering the phone to the time that I was in the chair with the doctor,I felt respected and that I mattered. I had an emergency situation that they dealt with very diligently, assertively and promptly. Thumbs down on their competitors in the area two of which stated they were an emergency dentist operations. One of them never even answered the phone. And the other one never a doctor never even called me back. I would recommend Apex to anyone in the local area. And anyone especially traveling or that is in the transportation business like myself. I was visiting my dad on a Saturday morning bringing him something to eat as my mom had had major surgery recently. When I got there he showed me his tooth had broken the top half off! He did not have a dentist or having an appointment. So I started looking for a emergency dentist. I found several I called them and none of them answered their phone It would just have music playing. Apex dental had somebody answer the phone promptly after 1 or 2 rings. They made me an appointment for 2 hours later when I was able to bring my father in. They took his information got his insurance approved. The dentist was great he got the tooth out my dad was not in any discomfort or pain they called the next day to check in on him make sure he was doing well. Top notch professional dental office I would highly recommend them!!!
