The ladies at the front desk are always warm and welcoming. Always willing to go out of their way to provide exceptional service. Louisa, the office manager, is extremely knowledgeable and kind to the patients providing excellent customer service. The staff, even though busy, make the children feel calm and comfortable with the environment they provide.

Although I'm greatful for the service provided to my one year old I am uncertain if going back is a good idea I wasn't allowed to be with my son during the procedure and since then my son has been traumatized he's never had problems with going to the doctor and when I went to his appointment to meet his new pediatrician and get the rest of his immunizations he wouldn't even sit on the bed they had which was never an issue before, the issue before was him ripping the paper out but going on when the pediatrician came in my son recognized the scrubs as the ones from the dentist office and immediately started freaking out they had a difficult time checking his breathing and other medical stuff and it was completely out of his character he would scream and shake his head no it was absolutely awful seeing him in so much distress so now I'm starting to question what really went on when I couldn't be in the room with him during that dental appointment. I wonder if the dentist wasn't very nice to him as his first check up the dentist was very dissmive of me and even rolled his eyes at me when I asked questions.

Everyone is so friendly and gives amazing advice on how to best keep your teeth clean. They also work well with preferences, pain, and making sure your comfortable. They work well with my children as well who vary in age. My kids actually dont mind coming for their cleanings because the staff knows how to handle their fears and allows us to help as their parents.

They are very nice and caring. Both of my kids had a great experience getting fillings. They explained everything and made sure all my questions were answered. My kids also like the movies and games in the lobby and also in the exam rooms so they can be distracted while getting work done.

I have to say I was very pleased with the service received at this facility! Staff was very friendly and caring. Special thanks to Tracy she made me feel very comfortable. This type of service is rare to see nowadays. Keep up the good work! 🙂

My 8 year old needed some work done, he was absolutely terrified. Doctor Noyes and his staff were wonderful, patient and caring. They made sure my son was as comfortable as could be and reassured him. When it was over, my son was no longer afraid and even said "thank you" and "I love the dentist now!". Would definitely recommend. My husband and I also come here. Perfect for your whole family!! Very positive experiences here!
Also, my son it's looking forward to getting the rest of his work done! Can't say I've ever heard that before and I have 4 children!

My whole family is taking care of at this location. I strongly recommend KCD 98 to all - children and adults. Myself, my wife and our little boy are the patients and we all love the place. Doctors are knowledgeable and understanding, and the staff is very helpful especially the office manager Louisa Lewis. Check them out and support my observation.

I don’t like going to the dentist and I still don’t but the assistant Savannah made the experience tolerable. Her kind demeanor and professionalism is outstanding. She went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met and that I was comfortable during the procedure. Good job Savannah and team!

Everyone was very nice and pleasant. I had a slight scheduling difference but it was fixed immediately by a girl at the desk. The girl that cleaned my teeth was very gentle and professional. I am glad I found this clinic. Thanks, Laurie Lien
