I had a phenomenal experience yesterday at my appointment. I went in for a typical teeth cleaning, it had been awhile since I have seen a dentist and I was a bit nervous. The receptionists were great at acknowledging me and getting me processed into my appointment in a timely manner which was much appreciated. The dentist (Dr. Khi, think I spelt his name correct) was extremely professional along with his dental assistant as well. The over all experience was great and I was able to schedule my follow up visits right then and there with no issues. It was my first time there and I can say I will be returning for my follow ups. I highly recommend.

Family smiles was great! We were a family of three who were all seen at once! The staff was awesome especially our nurse and our dentist was quick efficient and kind. I especially like that they are open on Saturdays, this way I don't have to miss any work and my kids aren't missing any school. Look forward to our follow-up!

This location is top notch. The assistants are very friendly, inviting, and accommodating. Dr. Kim saw me a week earlier than my scheduled appointment because my mouth was in pain. He and his aides are thorough and professional. I am well taken care of there.

I'm 62 years old and have been to a dentist regularly once and sometimes twice a year my whole life. Friendly, efficient, careful, considerate, and good, all come to mind after visiting them. Who wants to spend all day at the dentist? Nobody! Who wants to even go? Nobody! But when you do, go to them!

Horrible X 2!! Need to go to another Dental office to fix the uncomfortable lump of a cavity left. Felt like a drive thru visit. In & out! Even McDonalds takes longer to get out than this piece of work they do. 😡😡😡

I had the worst experience than no other. I never had problems with my teeth and they did damage. They are not taking
responsibility. Bibi is the worst manager and her manager are very rude and careless. DON'T GO THERE!!!
