I had Dr Heflin look at my mouth after another office smashed a bone spur during a dental cleaning with her dental tool causing me a month of pain. Dr Heflin is amazing and I give him 5 stars because of his ethics. He didn't charge me for more than what I needed and I can build trust on that. He didn't nickel and dime me just took care of what was needed. My last cleaning at Dr Heflin's was amazing and with no issues at all. I've had dentists where the assistants get nit picky about your glasses or your phone pinging a text by accident and was not on silent. (Life is extremely busy and we need to make a living even if our phone goes off by accident for work). The staff is friendly even when you have to call them for a reminder of the appointment.

Highly recommend Dr Tom and his staff. The atmosphere is friendly and engaging from the modern, clean & bright facilities to the pleasant greetings I get on every visit. Gloria is the same hygienist I've had since the beginning and she's the best! Procedures are performed with a minimum of discomfort. Great care is shown when monitoring my pain threshold. Overall I feel comfortable and confident with the dental care I receive from Dr Tom and his staff, they are professionals!

I have been going to Dr. Heflin for over 12 years. Dr. Tom and his staff are the absolute best. Gloria, my dental hygienist, is so good that I look forward to my appointments and checkups. I cant say enough good things about this office. I had to have a LOT of work done and I had a lot of anxiety going in. Everyone here is super friendly and helpful, and they will work with you on appointments if you need to get in early. Not to mention with your anxiety levels. I was scared of my first appointment, but once they talked me through what we were going to do I was fine, and they worked with me on it. I used to dread going to the dental office, and now I look forward to going to see the staff. My mouth was a hot mess and they gave me my smile back. If you need full mouth restoration, this is place to go. I cant thank you enough!

I have been a patient of Dr. Heflin's for 2 years now and I am so happy I was referred to him! Gloria is my hygienist and she takes great care of my teeth! The office is beautiful and always clean! They are always on-time for my appointments, make you feel comfortable, and are willing to work with my scheduling needs. I used to dislike going to the dentist but since I found Dr. Helfin and his staff they changed my fears and reservations! See you in 6 months!

Very positive experience. The office staff (Val & Jamie) make you feel comfortable, & are very accommodating. Dr. Heflin was recommended by a co-worker, & his work exceeded my expectations. The office opens early so appointments could be scheduled before work. Gloria is so pleasant & did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth in a totally painless manner. I needed braces, & Dr. Heflin & Tonya helped me through the process. The results were even better than I expected.

My husband, daughter and myself are all new patients of his. Given my many bad and painful experiences with multiple different dentists, Heflin is by far the best dentist I’ve ever been to. Him and all his staff are extremely nice and do their best to make your visit as comfortable as possible. If I could rate higher than 5 stars, I would.

I recently switched to Dr. Heflin's office and am so happy I made the switch. I have had nothing but pleasant experiences here, from the interactions with the staff to the regular routine cleaning/check up. Gloria is my go to hygienist and she absolutely amazing. To be honest, the whole staff is amazing, especially the two ladies at the front desk checking you in/out. If you need a new dentist, this is the office best for you.

I highly recommend Dr. Hefflin. He and all of the staff are amazing! Every one is so professional and friendly! The quality of all the work I have had done here is top of the line. The hygienist is very thorough yet gentle. Dr Heflin has done root canals, crowns, extractions and fillings for me and I am very pleased with the results. I really trust him and the staff.

I was very impressed! A friend referred me to this office and so I thought I'd give them a try. All I can say is, "top notch". The staff was very professional. My cleaning was the most thorough I've ever had! The dental hygienist explained so much to me; I learned all about what causes gum disease. Dr. Heflin was extremely kind and welcoming. I could tell he enjoys his work. The office was clean and very contemporary. I believe I've found a new home! Thank you and Merry Christmas!
