The front office is run by Val. She prioritized my dental work and then set a schedule to complete this work.

Dr. Tom was recommended to me by a friend and I'm so happy she did!
I needed a tooth pulled and had waited a WEEK for my other dentist to "fit me in" to pull it.(among other irritating things from the OTHER dentist)
My pain was excruciating. Dr. Tom's office was able to get me in the very next morning of my phone call.
I have a fear of dentists, as most of us do probably! It told him all about it and he said he totally understood and was SUPER SUPER SUPER kind and gentle to me. He pulled my tooth painlessly. Woo Hoo! He even called me that evening to check on me to make sure I was doing ok. And I am. Totally. The slight discomfort that I might feel today is NOTHING compared to the pain I was feeling for the last week.
His staff is equally sweet and kind. I will never forget how they treated me.
This man is definitely doing the right thing for a living.

This was my first visit. What a great overall experience from beginning to end! The front counter staff were so friendly...even gave me a "Dr. Tom" coffee mug and some chapstick :) Ally, the xray tech and assistant to Hygenist was a sweetheart, and so quick to take the xrays! Janelle, the Hygenist, was thorough, informative, gentle and comforting. Dr. Tom was super nice and knowledgeable. I am so glad I made the decision to call them for my dental needs. By far, the best experience I've had at a dental practice in a long time!

And surprise- no cavities lol) I was recommended Dr. Heflin by my orthodontist Dr. Haltom and am so glad that I went. I literally just got home from my second cleaning with Janelle Lovin was my dental hygienist and will be from now on. She has over 25 years experience and did just such an incredible and detailed job cleaning my teeth, answering questions and even recommending a periodontist. I've been coming to this office for years now and have had only great experiences. The staff are all super friendly and professional. The hygenists are gentle and give great advice about dental hygiene. Both dentists are friendly and do great work. I have tried other places that are closer to my home and was very unhappy. Never again.
