I visited D LoPour to solve a dental problem. I was examines, x-rayed and my problems diagnosed. I was then taken to a "closing room" much like you might find in a high pressure car dealer. My issues were explained to me and my insurance coverage was examined. It was determined by the "closer" that all my issues could be resolved for my insurance coverage plus approx. $1000.00 I agreed to the $1000.00 share for myself and made an appointment to return for the work. The work was done and I was once again assured that my part of the bill would be $1,000.00. Imagine my surprise when the bill was sent to me saying I owed over $2,000.00 after my insurance. I called the office on Sep. 3 2014 to express my concern and to make my $250.00 per month payment as agreed originally. I was told by the operator that someone would call me to see what could be done because they always want a satisfied customer. I have not heard a word from the office until yesterday when I received a statement for the remaining $1500.00 and a threat to send my account to a collection agency.

They dis a crown for me and I am completely dissatisfied it is off color and way to wide compared to what was there when asked of the Dr could improve it he accidentally shaved down the wrong tooth jeez thanks for all the attention to detail the the Dr and his staff I would not recommend this place if you want a quality crown for your mouth
