This dental office operates efficiently and professionally in all areas. Covi19 precautions were in place and implemented well by all staff who interacted with me. Jan, the dental technician, cleaned my teeth comfortably, gave me flossing supplies, before Dr. Ollason came into assess my teeth. Everything went smoothly. During my one hour visit I did not n encounter another patient. Thank you.

The New Mexico Smile Center provided me with my best dental experience, hands down. I had not had my teeth cleaned in about 10 years, so needless to say I was concerned and apprehensive about my visit. The hygienist, Kelley, curbed my worries with her friendly attitude and her high level of professionalism. She offered me a few great tips, that I didn't know I needed, for which I was thankful. Kelley was gentle, but thorough, and turned this dreaded event into a simple and relatively painless experience. Dr. Ollason was funny and kind and didn't patronize me one bit for not getting my teeth cleaned for the past ten years. He let me know that most of patients were in my same position, and that's ok, and the important thing is that I had finally made it to the dentist. He made me feel appreciated, which isn't something I've felt at the dentist's office before. He was funny and knowledgeable and easy to talk to. When I do go back to the dentist, (one year from now) I'll gladly be going back to NM Smile Center.

They actually make it a point to know their patients - they care and are efficient - and it shows at all check points - from saying hello when you walk in the door, to scheduling, the insurance & payment process, providing the best in preventative care, advising, and simply listening to and wanting to resolve concerns. Dr. Ollason and his team care about each other, too - it's obvious, because it's a happy and positive office - which only adds to a great patient experience!
