OMG! What an unprofessional and poor Dentist and person! First, a bit of background. I came to Dr. Martinez since my wife was already a patient. I went in for needed dental work on my upper front teeth. After asking what the charges would be BEFORE service was rendered, I never got an answer. After work done for four crowns, the bill was VERY high, but now I had no choice but to pay. I had asked at least three people in the office!!!!!
After the work was done, I was dissapointed with oversized upper front teeth that required my lower teeth to be filed almost completely away to allow the fit. THEN i have had at least three times one of them come off! The latest was last evening and when I called this morning, the receptionist was unable to listen. Understandably irritated, I raised my voice over the phone. She was hurt and then I got a call back from Dr. Martinez himself. He stated that he did not like my having raised my voice to his staff. Mind you, I did NOT call her any names or say ANYTHING personal about or to her, I just expressed my anger. When Dr. Martinez called, he went right to a threat of violence against me!!!!!!!!!! When I went to his office to get the tooth restored, he presented me with a check for the tooth and followed me out the door continuing to threaten me with physical violence. He went so far as to begin loosening his tie to fight right then and there in front of his office door!!!!!!! I will be reporting this to the State Dental Board, the Police and an Attorney...

He is an ALREADY charged and convicted of Tax issues. He is a liar AND a bad dentist!!!!!! Check him out!
