Arrived late due to problems and traffic, met with smiles and caring. Came for reason that proved unnecessary, but Hugh was looked at as we were there and it was found he needed a crown. This was speedily dealt with, with kindness and friendship. We couldn't have been more cherished. Thank you all.

As a decade old patient of your establishment I am quite satisfied with the care provided to me and my wife over the years. And Dr. Kim is a delightful addition to your staff. If I did have one complain, it would be your background music. As a retired military veteran my hearing is very poor so when the technician or doctor talks to me I hear very little. I guess I' m embressed about my handycap. The music toned down would be helpful to my semiannual visits. Respectfully Lon Moyer

I would suggest Carol hold a short meeting w/fellow hygienists. She is so very thoughtful with her administrations. She always makes sure lips have salve before beginning. I haven't had a "cold sore" after sitting in her chair. Carol also gives a handful of tissues and monitors the water pressure on the (damn) drill so there is little or no splashing on my nose and face. Also, if possible, maybe bill on time spent as opposed to a flat rate.
It's always difficult when change is upon us but Dr.M has a super crew, esp the beautiful Sylvia and already mentioned wonderful Carol!!
