Every visit is comfortable great staff nice place not to cold not to hot it feels nice , all the staff that has worked with me from no braces to having braces are amazing especially the lady that did my braces today made sure I was comfortable was quick no issues I recommend this place to anyone especially for those who are scrolling for a review

I think I tis important to mention which location you have visited. There are several reviews with negative comments and after the experience that I have had, I cannot believe that they were at the same location I was.
I visited the San Mateo/Montgomery location.
They are superlative! They were professional and friendly and treated me with care. They answered all of my questions without annoyance and although I had a difficult problem to diagnose, they did not push me through a check-up but worked diligently to find a hairline crack that did not even show up on x-rays.
My entire family goes to Peppermint dental and we look forward to it each time.

Everyone at Peppermint Dental on San Mateo is courteous and professional. Customer Service is top notch. I am not a big fan of going to the dentist and these people made me feel very comfortable.

At first I thought this was going to be a great dental place. It all started with the cleaning where the assistant hurt me. I then found out I had to come back for some filings. Well, my appointment time was at 3:30pm I wasn’t sat until 3:50 pm. The dental assistant then checked my heart rate and gave me my anesthetic in the mouth. We waited until I got fully numb before the dentist hurriedly came in and started working on my two teeth on the left side. I could barely breath and the dentist was getting frustrated because my jaw was hurting during the procedure. He did it so fast that he ended up cutting my lip. I had a wedding to go to on Saturday. I had to call and tell them I wouldn’t come back. At this time my teeth still hurt and the surrounding areas and it’s been a whole week. The cuts have hurt so badly I can’t even chew on anything. I wouldn’t recommend this place. I’ve gone to many other dentist where they would talk me through the procedure and make me feel warm and welcomed. Not to make me feel like he incorrectly fixed my tooth. I will never schedule another appointment at this dental office nor recommend this dentist to anyone. That’s what happens when it’s after 5pm and the dentist is wanting to get out of the office I suppose.
