Horrible, horrible, incompetent and possibly fraudulent. We walked in to inquire about possibly being seen there with my daughter's new medicaid CentennialCare insurance. She has had pain in one of her teeth where a filling came out recently. Her primary pediatric dentist said he could not tell how deep it was or what might be needed to take care of it, so sent us to this office. The assistant said she wanted to take an xray of the specific tooth. She tried once and said it didn't work, set it up again and told my daughter to cross her fingers. We then were taken into a room where the dentist came in. He said the xray did not show the correct tooth and that we would have to have another xray taken, but that she would need a root canal and crown and that he would start the process of gaining medicaid approval. I asked how he could possibly tell that it needed a root canal and crown versus just a new filling if he didn't have an xray of the tooth and had done nothing more than a cursory visual look in her mouth (when he asked her to tell him which tooth it was). He snapped, nearly yelling, at us "because that's my job and I know these things!"
Should be investigated. I noticed that all the other online reviews, all five stars, appear suspiciously similar in wording and equally spaced time wise in terms of when they were submitted. Be very, very suspicious and cautious if you are using these offices.

Their dentures kept my mouth open 3/4". I would've had to retrain my tounge, cuz it didnt work. Bad lab, didnt listen to dentist instructions at all.
P.D. all dentures the same toooo big for any mouth...

Some of the staff (front desk personnel) could be more nicer. Other than that good but not the best.
